Ne çok güzel, ne de kötü.
Pros:

Otel işletmecisi, yeterli ve gerekli profesyonelliği göstermiyor. Klima çalışmıyor, oda temizliği yapılmıyor. Ancak, genelde fazla beklenti içine girmezseniz rahat bir tatil yaparsınız. Havuzlar güzel, termal güzel. Çocuk kaydıraklarında büyüklerin kayması önlenmeli. Otel yönetimi, çalışanlar üzerindeki denetim ve disiplini artırmalı.

Der Grund, dass wir in diesen Ort kommen, ist das Thermalwasser, was ja eins der besten auf der Welt sein soll. Leider hat schon der Start schlecht begonnen. Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, Kühlschrank defekt (zweimal ausgetauscht), nicht ausreichend Tücher und Minibar komplett leer. Nach Reklamation haben wir alles bekommen und funktionierte.
Wir sind mit 3 Familien dahin gegangen um die Thermalbäder zu nutzen (wegen gesundheitlicher Gründe). Das Thermalbad für Männer war aber nicht warm, so dass man keinen großen Nutzen davon hatte. Allein wir haben uns 4-5 mal beschwert und ich weiß noch von 2 anderen Gästen, die sich auch beschwert haben. Nach jeder Reklamation hieß es, dass sich drum gekümmert wird. Es hat sich aber nichts geändert,auch nach 5 Tagen nicht. Der Zweck des Besuches hat sich für die Männer nicht gelohnt.
Essen war zwar ok, aber innerhalb von 5 Tagen sollte man schon sehr viel abwechslungsreicher sein. Für 5 Tage Aufenthalt nur einmal zimmerreinigung finde ich zu wenig (obwohl ich auch den Zimmer reinigen Schalter gedrückt hatte wurde nicht gereinigt). Alle diese Punkte dürften in einem 5-Sterne Hotel nicht sein.
Die Zimmer sind schön und auch groß genug. Das Hotel selbst ist auch schön und groß und hat auch viele Pools und auch thermalpools.
Die kostenpflichtigen Behandlungen sind extrem teuer. Eigentlich ist das Hotel schön und die Mitarbeiter nett, aber das Hotel hat ein absolut schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Auf gar keinen Fall 5-Sterne würdig!

La struttura è un po' datata e avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Ma il personale nonostante non parlasse inglese è stato gentile. All interno della spa i clienti dovrebbero essere più controllati per mantenere un clima di relax e pulizia. L acqua delle vasche era pulita

Klima çalışmıyordu bilgi verdik gelip baktılar ama düzeltilmedi. Odada su yoktu kaç kez aradığımızda getirecek kimse yok diyerek geçiştirdiler sonunda zorla getirdiler. Çift kişilik odaydı güya ama iki yatağı birleştirmişler sürekli ayrıldı çok konforsuzdu.
