Bonne sitution de l'hôtel pres de walking street et shopping center
The hotel is very well kept. From the outside it is unassuming but inside a lot of effort is made to give the property an upscale feel. The property is located on a busy road just steps away from all the action on Walking Street and the beachfront. There is no view to speak of from the room, however this makes it more cozy and cave like offering a respite from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya.
Probably one of if not the best hotels in Pattaya. Even though the room is rather small, its fine as its very clean and modern. Nice breakfast. One of the more better hotels in Pattaya. You won't find a better value than this near Walking Street for this price. I'll definitely return to stay here again.

It was close to the downtown area and I had a meaningful time.

・シャワー、浴槽共にお湯が出ない
・ボディソープが切れている
・虫が出る
・デラックススイートを予約しましたが外は一切見えず
・壁のペンキ塗りが適当すぎてチープ感がある
朝食は食べれなかったので分かりません。
観光地まで近く、接客が良かっただけに部屋が残念でした…

The hotel is located 2.5 blocks from Walking Street. Transportation is available right outside the front door for 10 Baht. 7 Eleven, currency exchanges, massage spas, cannibus stores, and numerous restaurants are located just steps away from the front entrance.
The staff are phenomenal! Aon and Noi helped me at check-in and check-out. They were extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. They were available to assist me with every need.
I initially had A/C issues with my room. Maintenance was sent up to fix the unit. When they were unable to do so, I was immediately moved to another equal room.
I also had problems with the WiFi. I spoke with Aon at the front desk, and she issued me a signal extender at no charge for the duration of my stay.
I have only three complaints. Even with the signal extender, the WiFi signal is poor at best. (less than 1mb/sec) The deluxe rooms have no view at all. The design of the building does not allow you to see out of the windows. There was no hot water from the sink. Only hot water from the shower and the tub.
Outside of those issues, the deluxe room is a great stay. Plenty of seating space, Huge comfortable bed, fully stocked mini-fridge and a large flat panel TV. The shower and tub were also impressive.
