Pros:

The building isn’t complete yet. Concrete cutouts in the bathroom wall. Pipes coming out of the floor in the lobby.
Good shower and comfortable bed. Shower water drain was an issue so the bathroom floor floods unless you use half the shower head pressure. Underground parking is literally a construction site.
Excellent staff.
