Professional property host/manager
At 10:30 pm, there was a strange man passed out in the common area on the 2nd floor. I texted about it and was told to just let him rest there!
I reserved and paid for two rooms at your establishment. One for Friday night for my daughter, and one for Friday and Saturday for me.
I am cancelling the Saturday night stay, and I would like a refund for the entire stay.
When we returned to the building at 7:00 Friday night, the door from the sidewalk was wide open, as was the door to the building. I closed both doors. I went down to get a pizza 30 minutes later, and both were wide open again. It seems that many people have the code to your property. How often is the code changed?
Later that night, I went out in the common area to look out the window to see if the door was closed, and someone was passed out in a chair in the common area on the 2nd floor. How is this allowable? It is NOT safe for people to be wandering in and passing out in the common areas.
There was noise all night, finally quieted down around 3:30am. You said quiet after 10pm. It was like being in a college dorm.
There were people walking through the building all night trying to get into the rooms.
I was very worried about someone trying to get into my daughter's room.
This was a terrifying experience, and the building is not secure. It seemed that people were trying to get into rooms on all the floors. The whole situation was very unsecure and dangerous.
This is not a hotel. It’s like
Todo muy bien
I had to reach out and hour before check in to get the information even though i was told I'd receive it the day before. The shared space was poorlt kept and the private room wasn't cleaned very well. I ordered supplies to clean/disinfect and washed the bedding and towls.
very bad…
Nothing. Very different from the impression I got from the website.
Area was great
It was a nice place rooms are just small
Someone please show the TripaLink logo outside or somewhere in the website so we know that it's TripaLink and don't get trapped again!
Convenient!
This property is maintained well with regular cleaning. It is situated close to the 206 bus stop (100 metres away) which drops off at Wiltshire/Normandie on the D line for Union Station.
There are other bus options from Jefferson to Down Town Los Angeles (33 bus).
The communal area has a great washer and drier stacked in the kitchen, big capacity.
There are two ovens and lovey deep sinks. A large tv, wall mounted by the good size dining table. The fridge is large, double door up top and deep. The freezer is lower level and one wide drawer, plenty of room.
The bedroom is a double bed, bedside unit, three door wardrobe and desk. There aid a desk lamp which adequately lights the room at night. There is the usual ceiling light too. And the bathroom is great. If you like an extremely hot shower, enjoy. Each room is en-suite too in this shared apartment.
Close to Exposition Avenue for the Colliseum/LAFC. Expo and Vermont is the closest E line metro and this will take you to Santa Monica (30 minutes) and the other direction to the arts district done town and out to east LA.
You can use the E line to 7th street and then change for the A,B or D line to Union Station.
This will be a great location for those travelling for the World Cup!
Clean convenient and relatively prompt communication from staff when issues arose
The trip was very not worth what we paid considering we didn’t stay there one night due to the uncomfortably loud the other guests staying there where being and considering we didn’t know there was going to be more than just us staying in the place and I proceeded to let the host know we didn’t want to stay there after checking in to the place not even two hours prior I would like to speak to someone who can help me with this situation
Fraud. This is a shared space. Dorm style stuff. Didn’t send the link to check in until the day after check in. Couldn’t even get ahold of anyone to figure out what was happening.
This is not a hotel, there is no staff, I was locked out of property for 24hrs with all my belongings inside, the pictures show a large room but is actually a small studio apartment with shared living spaces. I was mislead by Expedias advertisement of this property and wasted my money staying in this HOSTEL. DO NOT BOOK !
They did not send me the check in instructions and I was stranded on the streets for 1 hour before I got lucky and they responded to my chat message. The service phone number they had provided wasn't working. The rooms I was assigned to were dirty (hair and dirt on the bed) and I had to change my room 4 times. Even the last room wasn't clean but I got tired of moving and stayed. Once I managed to get them on the phone, the service was great but the room and organization were really terrible.
Totally different of what we book
Far away from attractions. Staffs are not so available. Required card information via text is not so professional.
