Purtroppo non ci siamo sul servizio dello staff
Pros:

Questo ecolodge è discretamente carino immerso nella natura e qui finiscono le cose positive da dire. Le camere sono molto umide e fredde non fornite di riscaldamento. L’acqua calda esce solo dalla doccia e non dal rubinetto quindi siate pronti ai -50° per lavare le mani. Il secondo giorno invece di lavarci il viso nel lavandino per il freddo ci siamo dovuti mettere sotto la doccia. Per non parlare dei buchi nella parete del bagno e la muffa sulle fughe della doccia. Purtroppo oltre ai problemi con le camere, all’arrivo il receptionist non ha trovavo la nostra prenotazione e dopo aver mostrato ricevute e relativa conferma di prenotazione ancora nulla. Il receptionist ci avvisa che su due giorni di soggiorno avremmo dovuto alloggiare in due camere diverse, dopo una lunga discussione non arriviamo a nessuna soluzione. Il primo giorno dormiamo in una camera e la sera ci siamo ritrovati a rifare i bagagli perché il giorno dopo ci avrebbero cambiato camera. Purtroppo nel cambio camera effettuato alle 6am ho lasciato powerbank e relativo cavo nella vecchia camera. Abbiamo immediatamente chiesto alla ragazza alla reception di verificare se qualcuno lo avesse trovato. Non abbiamo avuto risposte, quindi la mattina al momento del check out abbiamo chiesto alla stessa persona se avessero trovato i due oggetti. In maniera confusa ci è stato risposto che aveva controllato un’altra ragazza ma non era così. Pessimo soggiorno non lo consiglio.
