Wonderful place, would book again! This room was on the 4th floor without elevator. There was no info about that in the description, but I had asked the owner before booking - so no surprise for us. The owner was available all the time, and he is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the balcony, which gave us a nice view of the bustling street, and lovely morning sun. The design of the place was matching the photos that we saw online. A huge TV and music speakers were also available. We were at walking distance from many tourist attractions and public transport. Especially Karaköy pier is close, and the ferries there bring you to the Asian side (Kadiköy) quickly. The area around the hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Most of them are heavily concentrated on tourists, so we went out to non-touristic neighborhoods nearby to find authentic Turkish food, local Istanbul life, and much better prices.

Pros:

The property is close to Tramway and walking distance to many places, and mimutes away from Galata Tower.
The property owner is friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend staying at this place.
