Perfect stay at Phuc Long Luxury
Pros:

Our stay at Phuc Long Luxury was excellent. We couldn’t fault anything. The service was excellent. Our room was stunning with gorgeous ocean views. The bedding was really comfortable and we all slept well here. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. The pool was also great. We are really happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely stay here again.

We really loved this hotel. super close to the beach, nice view and very friendly staff! Also the hotel is basically brand new so the furniture etc is very new and modern :)

정말정말너무 마음에 드는 숙소였어요! 다들 친절하고 서비스가 잘되어있어서 너무 편안했고 방도 청결하고 오션뷰도 너무 이뻤구요 헬스장도 작지만 간단히 운동하기 딱 좋았고 수영장도 깨끗하고 이뻤어요!! 그리고 조식이 너무 맛있어요 메뉴가 매일 바뀌는것 같은데 다 맛있더라구요 다음에 또 다낭에 가게된다면 여기로 다시 갈 의향 200%일 만큼 정말 좋은 숙소였습니다. 앞에 도착하면 짐도 들어주셔서 방까지 올려주시고 비가 왔었는데 택시에서 내리니까 우산 씌워주시고 체크아웃할때 휴대용 물병도 주셔서 너무 서비스에 감동받았습니다! 정말 다낭에서 덕분에 좋은 기억 가지고가요:)

部屋がとっても広くて清潔で幸せでした。朝早いフライトで朝食を食べに行かない予定でしたが、フロントのスタッフさんが何種類かパンをタッパーに入れて人数分持たせてくださいました。
本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。
また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Nice hotel
Pros:

It was a pleasant. Bed was a bit hard bit after a day's tour, we also slept like a log. Suggest they should put memory foam to make it more comfortable. Also, the bathroom, they should also put an anti slip mat to prevent slipping. And the shower is too high and cannot be adjusted. Phuc Long Luxury Hotel is well located fronting the beach. And lots of restaurants nearby. They also gave a free bar one time.

전반적으로 아쉬워요
Pros:

전반적으로 청결하다는 느낌을 받을 수는 없었습니다. 냉장고도 깨끗하다는 느낌을 받지 못했고, 냄새도 조금 났네요.
방이 2개 였는데 한쪽 방에 딸려있는 화장실에는 샤워부스 안에 변기가 같이 들어있어 샤워를 하기에도 변기를 사용하기에도 이상한 구조였습니다. 다른 방에 있는 화장실도 샤워부스가 너무 작아 물이 밖으로 나가고.. 일부 수건에서도 냄새가 나는것이 있었습니다.
조식은 그냥 평범한 수준이었는데 일부 국가의 단체 손님이 문제였네요. 너무 시끄럽기도 하고, 손으로 음식을 집었다가 놓기도 하고.. 다음날은 단체 손님이 좀 빠져서 그런지, 조용했습니다.
엘레베이터가 2개였는데 층마다 서기도 하고, 두개가 같이 붙어 다니기도 하고.. 너무 오래 기다리게 되네요. 복도도 덥고 엘레베이터도 덥고, 기다리느라 힘들었습니다.
베란다 문도 잠기지않고, 밖에 벌레들이 죽어 있어 그냥 닫아놓고 나가지 않았네요.
직원들의 서비스는 전반적으로 노력하는것이 많이 보였는데, 그런 노력이 보이지 않게 될 만큼 좋은 기억으로 남지 않아 아쉽네요.

I’d definitely stay here again as the staff were attentive, friendly and always willing to help. The hotel itself was modern looking and clean. We made use of the facilities pretty much everyday (spa, rooftop pool - when it was too hot at the beach, restaurants).

We were in a family room which was spacious and had a nice view of the beach. The hotel is next to some construction but otherwise is in a great location especially with the beach being just across the road.

Not only is the hotel close to the airport but it’s also a relatively short car ride to any of the local attractions. And if you want to explore the surrounds, there are many restaurants and cafes within a short walk.

Perfect location and nearly brand new hotel. Quiet, modern, clean rooms. The area around the hotel is vibrant, like a South Beach (Miami) feel. Love it and will return.
