Pros:

I did not in fact stay at Nyx, but the Leonardo next door. Nyx had not yet opened and no one told me or notified me I would in fact be staying at a different hotel. We came earlier, but had we arrived later on I would probably not have accidentally met some of the future staff at Nyx to find out the situation. They didn’t seem to care at all about this and just nonchalantly said sorry. The Leonardo however was lovely and I really recommend! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, safe and modern.

Pros:

I did not get to stay in NYX Leonardo. I was told by the hotel it was not yet completely renovated. I was moved to Leonardo Haymarket which was much further away from the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. I was disappointed they were advertising for rooms on Expedia when renovation was not complete.
