スタッフの方は親切に対応してくれます。WeChat を事前にインストールしておくと、シャトルバスの時間など、情報が受け取れます。空港シャトルは時間が決まっており、私たちは利用しませんでした。タクシーを呼んでもらえば何も不便はありません。朝のディズニーシャトルは便利でした。

部屋は改装されてとても綺麗で清潔でした。部屋に冷蔵庫が無かったのが残念ですが、一階の冷蔵庫を使用できました。

空港やディズニーランドへの送迎があり、とても助かりました。
連日猛暑で汗だくでホテルに戻っていたので、部屋に設置されている洗濯機が重宝しました。
ただ、なぜか冷蔵庫がなくて、夏に冷蔵庫がないのは…。お茶の買い置き
朝のバイキングが無料だったのもありがたかったです。

お部屋は天井が高く、明るい。
わずかな中国語と英語で色々と質問する私に、翻訳アプリを駆使して全て回答してくれたフロントのお兄さんに感謝。

スタッフが大変親切です。
Pros:

空港からホテル、ホテルからディズニーランドや最寄りの地下鉄までシャトルがあり非常に便利でした。
部屋は十分広く洗濯機もあり設備も新しく快適でした。
ホテル前にコンビニやショッピングモールもあり食事も不自由しません。
今回の旅行で失敗した事がありました。
中国はカード文化が進んでいると思い込んで両替をしませんでした。ただ食事後にクレジット支払をしようとしたところカードが利用出来ず非常に困りました。その際にホテルでは両替は出来なかったのですが、ホテルのマネージャーが現金を貸してくれました。これには非常に感謝です。
ディズニーランド内にも両替する場所は無いので両替はしておく事をお勧めします。
非常に安価で宿泊出来、楽しい旅行になりました。ホテルスタッフの皆さまありがとうございました。
