Nice room, but be aware that check-in is fully automated (entrance sent via text) and area is questionable.

No staff on site to handle a couple of situations - fire alarm and potential intruder attempting to enter building with random pin codes. These aren’t hypotheticals, we witnessed this.

Room was clean and really nice apartment. This seemed to be conveniently located to restaurants and stores but away from popular spots. The lack of on-site staff is the main negative experience here.

If you are okay with not having on-site assistance, the place seems to be a good way to feel like a local.

Todo fue excelente. La habitación era muy luminosa, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, el baño y el aseo estaban muy limpios. Las camas, las sábanas y las mantas eran muy cómodas y limpias. El check-in y el check-out fueron muy fáciles.
La única cuestión que tuve es que estaba un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad.

j'ai aimé le luxe a petit prix et le concept bien plus agréable qu'une simple chambre d'hôtel.
j'ai moins apprécier les couacs de communication.
1er séjour: messages WhatsApp, pratique et réactif, au top.
2eme séjour : j'ai attendu une heure avant de pouvoir rentrer à l'hôtel faute de code.
A notre arrivée, à 15h30, je n'avais pas reçu les codes, cette fois çi envoyé par mail(?). Rien dans ma messagerie, rien dans mes spams...sans un mot d'excuse, on me les renvoi sur WhatsApp,1/2 heure après mon premier message (2). Mais pas celui du Parking...encore 20mn d'attente. Ce manque de réactivité est inexcusable et c'est bien là, la limite d'un hôtel sans accueil.

Pros:

El hotel nos ha encantado a todos. Ojalá que la próxima vez que vayamos a Madrid podamos volver a alojarnos ahí. Todo cuidado al más mínimo detalle.
El menaje de aseo y cocina muy práctico y muy cuidado y todo muy nuevo.

Todo excepcional, la propiedad está nueva y muy bien decorada, únicamente calibrar los detectores de humo pues se activaron los dos días que estuvimos allí, una vez por la noche y la otra vez por la mañana cuando íbamos de salida. La ubicación es excelente solo la comunicación con la propiedad es muy difícil, nos dieron las instrucciones de ingreso a la hora del check in no 24 horas antes, y solo porwye Expedia nos ayudó eso nos puso nerviosos, pero sabiendo esas cositas y que cuesta cerrar la puerta del edificio y lo de o excepcional, repetiremos sin duda

La struttura è molto bella e comoda per spostarsi con la metro, l'unico problema riscontrato è stato il codice per poter accedere alla struttura. Dopo circa un'ora al telefono con Hotels.com sono riuscito a risolve ed a poter accedere, quindi consigliata, prestare attenzione alle comunicazioni che dovrebbero arrivare via mail per poter accedere, altrimenti potreste inciampare nello stesso mio inconveniente.
