Pros:

Service staff was great. Cant say the same for Reception. Checkin and checkout is a hassle.

It took so long to get there from the airport. The rooms have paper thin walls.

Pros:

This is a newer hotel not fully opened yet. The staff though was amazing for all my needs. It was easy to take a car to go to all places. It was not far from the Charminar. The food wwws delicious and plenty. If I were to visit Hyderabad again, I’d come back!
