Pros:

Il ne faut pas avoir peur en regardant la façade et le quartier.
Chambre refaite, tres propre
Pas de petit déjeuner sûr place
Un peu bruyant si on dort la fenêtre ouverte, il y a un bar en face

Dommage pas de bouilloire.
Chambre comme l hotel sent la fumée.
Accueil sympa.
L hotel devrait prévoir un plant pour accéder au Zenith en 9min.
Sinon 20 bonnes min.
Lit mezzanine....celui du bas ne voit pas la tv.

I arrived and checked out straightaway as the conditions were very unhygienic (unwashed linen and sewage smell) in the room and the area is very sketchy!
The receptionist and owner was very sweet but didn’t speak any English so couldn’t even communicate about the issues.

Was stranded in Paris and found this hotel just on the outskirts but I am so overjoyed with this little gem.
The building is old but well kept and maintained and my room was impeccable with a brand new mini refrigerator.
The staff was very helpful as well.

I cancelled the remainder of my original accommodations to extend my stay here.
It’s close to the metro stations and the food in the area is incredible thanks to the immigrant working class that make up this neighborhood.

I’m from LA, but will be returning here each time I return to Paris.
