The doors need to be greased, they were squeaky! That is truly my only complaint
It wax a great place in a great location. We loved the neighborhood and found lots to do. My only suggestion is to get a bath mat because that tub is kind of slippery. Thanks for a nice stay.
The apartment was very clean, but we stayed the night on the weekend and didn’t know it was a hopping bar street. So unfortunately we didn’t have a good rest.
Very spacious residence in a prime location, property manager was very communicative and accomodating.
Perfect location, simple and easy check-in process. Also the unit was very clean. I highly recommend!
We saw this apt on expedia . It looked new and well furnished. Expedia very clearly mentioned air conditioning available. But when we checked in we found there was only one AC that also was not working .the host provided portable AC in one room which also was not cooling . So all three rooms and the living room did not have ACs and we suffered extreme heat . The photos on expedia showed very clean sofa and dinning area but they were very dirty in actual. The flat is on the second floor without lift. This property in in a area buzzing with night life so a lot of noise till 4am .
Pros: The beds were comfortable. The bedding and comforters were very cozy and new. Towels were new and thick.
Location was convenient to amenities for us. Ex McGill stadium for football game. Kitchen was great for our breakfast, snacks etc. other tenants in building were quiet.
cons: very noisy, lots of people on street until 2-3 am or later, lots of sirens. But no incidents. Also no on site parking.
Personne ne parle français, impossible de les avoir au téléphone. Pas de Clim à la hauteur, pas de consigne bagages, dommage car l'appart était bien. maintenant qu j'ai commenté je vais avoir le droit à des explications en français c'est certain.
Pictures are nice but the reality is not even close.

diswashing machine so dirty the untensil not clean
coffee machine not faction well
1. No elevator on 3 story building
2. Really loud music from the Club right in front of the room until 5AM so barely can sleep
3. No 24hr public parking within 600 meters
4. One air conditioner in the living room only
Great spot and location is great! The beds and pillows were extra comfy!
Water pressure was very low, but didn’t ruin my stay. Needed a late check out very last minute and property assistant helped immediately! Much appreciated!

It was good property.
We stayed in a 3 BR unit on 3rd floor. Location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and places we wanted to see. The communication with the online staff was very good and timely. The place allowed pets (paid service) which was great for us. You get an entry code for the main doors on the street as well as another to enter the unit. One has to be careful that you don't allow someone to follow behind you. My daughter in law picked up pizza next door and a ma tried to follow her in and she decided to walk somewhere else until he wasn't at the door. 2 BRs have windows to the outside but one did not so in the summer it is quite stuffy in that room as there was no opening for any form of ventilation. Note that all bedrooms DO NOT have AC, only a fan! When we arrived there was a fan only in the 2 outside facing rooms and not the inside one. I contacted the online team and someone delivered a fan within 2 - 3 hours. After we left there was a heatwave in Montreal with temperatures over 33C, so the bedrooms would have been even more uncomfortably hot. The bathroom was clean and basic and towels were provided. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes/cups etc and a clean sponge, garbage bags, dish soap etc. The couch is quite dirty and stained. The hallway carpets are quite tired as well. TV had sufficient channels for news etc.
