Pros:

The room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Opened soap package and used bar soap was still on the sink. Floor was dirty. I had to wear socks if I decided not to have my shoes on. The upholstery on the chair in the room had stains all over it and was dirty.

No a/c hookers working the parking lot my wife and I just walked away without being refunded 5 minutes after we checked in we are now at the thunderbird hotel in riverside where we usually book with you but your website recommended vista hotel I would like my 89 dollars back from the vista we paid 120 dollars at the thunderbird we are very happy with the thunderbird

Pros:

We were in a non smoking room, but could smell smoke coming through the bathroom vent. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Only one tiny trash can in the room and dirty inside. They had to trade our broken fridge out with a smaller one that had cardboard taped on the door to creat a shelf. Shower tap was loose. Didn't have a fitted sheet for the mattress, just a flat one that never stayed tucked in. They should invest in fitted sheets because when the flat sheet came loose it showed the stains on the mattress. I thought that I would give this place a shot because it was under new management and had no rating. The management was friendly enough, but came across as being very new to the business. I hesitated to write this review because they were very friendly, but I hope that they will consider what I have written in order to build upon what needs to change so that ratings will change in the future.

Best place in Arlington!
Pros:

This hotel is a tiny gem in Arlington. The outside does not look like much, but the rooms are very nice and the staff is accommodable.

For the price and a tiny 1-2 day stay, absolutely pick this place.

I will say that the phone service is dependent on the owners to pick up, but they will be awake at 6am if you pester them enough :| .

I would not stay at this property again the rooms were in poor condition and so was the property. The rooms cleanliness was not good at all
