During my stay my room never got cleaned. I had to request change of linen and toilet paper.

The room/apartment setup was nice. The only complaint was the hard/tough bed. I thought I was Stuart Little sleeping in a matchbox. The staff was also courteous especially the front desk man Rondón.

It is a beautiful property. Much bigger than i imagined.

The property is very nice. I can see that it is a new facility I had no problems would definitely recommend.

Service is horrible

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this property. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere and unclean floors. After raising concerns about my health, someone came to mop the floor, but it was barely cleaned. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude towards our complaints was unsatisfactory. The Chinese lady at the reception seemed irritated when we asked for fresh bed sets and towels, stating that this isn't a hotel and implying that sheets wouldn't be changed daily. Basic amenities like an iron were also unavailable, which added to my frustration.

While the view from the balcony was breathtaking, the overall customer service and cleanliness standards need significant improvement. Additionally, there was a discrepancy with the deposit policy, the website states a $100 deposit, but they requested $150 upon arrival. Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this place to others.

First of all there’s no turn down service. Your room gets cleaned when you leave.
Second there isn’t a heater (iron) nor an ironing board to at least iron ur clothes my husband and I had to purchase an iron and iron our clothes on the bed. When checked in the room wasn’t cleaned, there was dust all over the room. For our four (4) night stay we were given only 2 towels and no wash rags. When we were checked into our room we were told when leaving we must switch off the breaker and switch it on when we come back to our room.
Worst stay we’ve had in our entire travel history. I wouldn’t recommend there to anyone.

The rooms were dusty and there was no broom or mop in the rooms to clean it, the bathroom and toilet had no separation and no shower curtain or mat so when you did have a shower everywhere was getting wet. The beds were hard as stone and feels like your just sleeping on the box spring alone. The rooms had no iron or ironing board and we had to end up purchasing one ourselves. Staff barely spoke English. They don’t have card machines and require you to pay using an online link via PayPal

The impression we got was that there was a rush to open the property in time for the music festival activities.

There was high paint fumes in our initial room however when we raised it with the staff it was quickly rectified and we were relocated within 30 mins of making the initial report.

The 2nd room seemed clean and well equipped however there were 2 dead cockroaches on the drapes. Despite this the stay was uneventful from that point and we were able to receive our deposit with no issues on checkout.

I need a full refund. The room was very musty and mouldy3

The bed was terrible, as hard as sleeping on the floor. Try to sleep side ways and wake up broken no matter which side or flat. The bathroom was not so clean and when you open the faucet the smell was horrible. It was ok clean the room, but you could feel it was not cleaned properly, there was like little dirts, closets but no hangers, and so much dust in every corner and the walls and isles like an abandon area and this place that is new. I mean mattress need to be hard but this was unbelievable. Then the bathroom door in glass, oh Lord couldn't sleep with the major light coming in ahhhh. Then I told the security I'm leaving at 7am, he said you need to wait for someone to check the room before you go. Really! Well too bad if you are not by my door at 6;50am, so I left the key with the security guard. This place is not a hotel at all, it was apartments for rent and they are doing it all supposedly. But, if you rent a unit for hotel, then you need to have; hangers, blowers, iron, extra soap, paper towels and extra towels if no cleaning applies. Then also, provide a towel specifically for the floor*****
