Pros:

Pro’s - great location easy to walk to most of the sites, metro nearby for those that are further away. Lots of good restaurants and bars. Bed was comfortable. Property manager was very responsive.
Con’s - the apartment was shabby and dirty. Extensive mould in the shower (cleaned immediately on being reported), grubby shower with old, brown mouldy grout, walls stained and scuffed. Nowhere to hang clothes. Maximum of two people comfortably and even then not if they are with luggage.
