My 5-night stay at Kromo Bangkok was exceptional, driven by its stunning gem-inspired design and an unbeatable location directly across from Emsphere. The rooms masterfully balance aesthetics with functionality, offering modern essentials like USB-C ports and a garment steamer alongside plush beds and incredible showers with oversized, soft towels.
Dining is a highlight, whether enjoyed in the impressive Level 10 lobby or the ground-floor restaurant. The à la carte breakfast menu features standouts like the Siam Benedict with crab meat, matcha yogurt, and a meticulously crafted French toast. However, the quality can be inconsistent; while the signature dishes shine, the standard omelet and breakfast platter felt underwhelming, so it pays to choose your courses wisely.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the service, which consistently exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the lobby, every staff member provided a warm, attentive welcome that made the stay feel personal. While room service was a slight letdown—the club sandwich felt uninspired despite a generous portion—the overall experience was superb. I will certainly be returning for the top-tier service and stylish atmosphere.

Everything about the hotel is perfect. We enjoyed the stay alot.

The room was lovely decorated and extremely clean. The entire property oozes a sense of peace and serenity. The staff is very attentive and answers to every request with a smile.

Excellent location. Close to 2 bts stations. ‘Em sphere pool across the street, emporium mall close by too. Plenty of eateries in walking distance . Villa market and 7 eleven all in walking distance.
Rooms are compact but well laid out. Lovely touches like the printed bathrobe and steam iron. Bathroom has a Japanese ewc which is always great. Haarn toiletries are a nice touch. All day breakfast was also great - but wish they had a Thai option as well. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

The hotel rooms were thoughtfully designed, but lacked the grandeur of a luxury hotel. The breakfast schedule was well-suited to travelers' needs. However, the pool water was very cold due to the Thai winter.

Everything was so perfect! Room, Shopping nearby very good mall. So clean . Love the steam machine for our clothes that is very nice touch. Gorgeous room. And swimming pool . Five star
