Pros:

Pas de sejour, car pas d'instruction. Seulement 2 mails avec la confirmation du paiement et de la facture, mais aucun code pr rentrer ds l'immeuble et aucun code pr rentrer ds le studio.
Je me suis retrouvée à la rue avec Foch le lundi soir jusqu'à plus de 22h sans réussir à joindre HOTELS.COM et l'hébergement.
J'ai eu HOTELS.COM dès le lendemain car j'ai appelé et min dossier est en cours de traitement. J'avais pris 3 nuits pr plus de 500. J'ai du trouver une solution d'hébergement a partir de 22h.
Horrible experience, alors que je suis cliente GOLD et que je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec HOTEL.COM.
J'attends le remboursement et puis un geste commercial d'HOTEL.COM

Mugg i taket, shady plass, dårlig kommunikasjon, vanskelig å finne adressen, alt var ganske negativt bortsett fra størrelse for pengene
