Pros:

Sistema de café da manhã um pouco confuso. Era necessário realizar o pedido, que demorava bastante para ser entregue. Acordei com goteiras sobre a cama, que acabaram inundando o quarto. Felizmente, minha mala não foi molhada. Após o ocorrido, fizeram a troca de quarto. A água quente demorava a esquentar e, quando esquentava, alternava de forma intermitente com água fria.

Pros:

La chambre qu'on nous a présenté initialement n'était pas celle que nous avions réservé. Nous avons dû demander de changer de chambre. La chambre était propre mais le wifi y était inexistant. L'accueil était super mais par la suite, pas moyen de trouver personne pour nous aider. Nous voulions manger à l'hôtel mais après plusieurs tentatives de parler à quelqu'un, on nous a informé qu'il n'y avait a peu près rien de disponible sur le menu. À 1h de la fermeture des cuisines un peu partout autour, on nous a dit d'aller manger à l'extérieur. Nous voulions prendre un bains chauds... l'eau n'avait pas été chauffé au préalable alors nous avons dû choisir entre manger ou utiliser le jacuzzi. Nous avons voulu utiliser la piscine...le voisin y était avec une dizaine d'enfants qui criaient et éclaboussaient partout.

Nossa hospedagem aqui foi incrível ! Percebe-se o carinho e o cuidado com o local e com os hóspedes. É um lugar ótimo para desfrutar no verão, mas nós viemos no outono, choveu e foi perfeito também!
