Pros:

We could not get the heating and cooling system to consistantly maintain the temperature. It was either too hot (with the heater on) or too cold (when the air conditioner would turn on.) No matter how we adjusted the temperature it would not stay consistent.
Also, the shower temperature of the water was never above lukewarm.

Great hotel, great location, and great staff
Pros:

New hotel, perfect if you don’t want to pay the high prices of Jackson Hole! 30-45 mins drive from downtown Jackson Hole, but the beautiful scenic drive make it feel worth it! The front desk guy Sean was awesome with all the recommendations he gave us! He helped us plan ourselves the best way to enjoy Jackson!

The continental breakfast in the morning not as advertised, the coffee maker broken, TV not working, problems with WiFi.
We asked for a cleaning of our room, it was a half fast job.
When we checked in I cleaned the stove, and wiped down our room, it was full of grease and seemed the last guest cooked on it housekeeping didn’t clean it.
The lock on the door was not working, we brought it up with the supervisor, she didn’t seem concerned with it.
2 pillows were missing the pillow case, not well run at all.

Great rooms with some minor issues
Pros:

Hotel opened in May. It’s brand new and very nice with all the bells and whistles
The problem is the bugs in the tech. Bathroom fan next to the bed ran on and off on its own all night. Bathroom light came on by itself when you went to the bathroom during the night even if you manually turned it off
The breakfast was mediocre at best and many options for food in the area
