They have a coffee machine but also need to include a microwave and toaster. Location great, and right in the heart of square, which sometimes makes it a little noisy on weekends when Musicians play at the pubs nearby, but overall good

Very new and clean. Convenient to Jetty Road and the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again. Lovely decor.

It needed more crockery and cutlery in the room and possibly a microwave oven. Otherwise it was an excellent place in a great location.

We found the room to be immaculately renovated and appreciated the thoughtful finishing touches. The layout provided ample space, allowing us to move around comfortably even with a couple of large suitcases. The only downside was the bed, which had two mattresses pushed together, making it slightly uncomfortable in the middle.

We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and snacks; however, we noticed that the wine bottle had already been opened.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay and would definitely stay here again.

I was locked out of the building at 12:15 am, my key did not work. I had to wait outside for 45 minutes. 2 days now have passed and no one has apologized

Very noisy at night. Bathroom design terrible.

Nice location and really nice staff, some of the design was a bit poorly done however overall great stay.

The room itself was very spacious, the bed was huge, comfortable and we had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The surrounding area was very good, with many cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The only drawback, was not being informed that all the streets surrounding the hotel were blocked off for roadwork, which added half an hour to the journey, as we were detoured around narrow alley ways and heavy traffic to find the hotel, then nowhere to park so we could check in. We were also not informed that some of the renovations were unfinished, such as the lift we used had MDF walls, with cutouts for the buttons and bubble wrap on the wall railing ….

There was no real proper storage to put your things. No where to rest your suitcase on. More cupboard and hanging space needed. In the shower needed a shelf to put guests products on. We loved the room, our bed was super comfy! Heating was amazing! The view was awesome. The coffee table wasn't very sturdy, was moving around a bit. Bedside tables were good. The lights near our bed needed to be closer, had to get out of bed to switch the lights on and off.

Beds were a little dodgy, other than that everything was great!

Major renovations and to tram line and building works in the immediate area made the place very noisy from 6:00am through to 6:00pm

Every floor has a balcony with a beautiful view & located at a convenient area for the guest too
