Muy pero muy mala atención al cliente los recepciónistas te gritan te insultan te tratan mal de verdad el peor hostal de Madrid hay un chico de recepción llamado Sergio que es una persona bastante desagradable su trato asea los huéspedes es de lo más desagradable del mundo trata a la gente de mala manera los grita los insulta es una persona ordinaria y grosera

Esta decente de Domingo a jueves por el precio que tiene, pero viernes y sábado suben tanto el precio que no vale lo que piden, eliminen esa inflación.
Por otro lado el personal horrible, uno atiende fatal a los huéspedes e incluso los insulta, les falta sin lugar a dudas el respeto y fueron varias ocasiones en las que lo vi.

Por lo demas, una estancia normal.
