Staff friendly and venue super clean. Arrived in the late night. Recept 24 hours

Pros:

We got scammed. Booked hotel in Phuket town, then computer changed to different location far outside of town. Refused cancelation 1 hour after booking. Required us to rebook "phuket town location" before they would give cancelation, refused to tell me the name of their Phuket town location via chat. Phuket town location on Expedia doesn't exist. Bait and switch. Beware.
