Pros:

It was very nice to have a space with a kitchen area to take a break from eating out all the time. The location could not be better. Close walking to many attractions and the transportation system and cabs took care of the rest. Communication on getting in was a bit confusing but we worked around that and little things like advertising washer dryer but it was only a washer. All in all great place good decision.
