I believe this to be a true Economic clean room. Kitchenette missing. No fridge.

Amazing service, I had a late check-in and they were quick, courteous, and understanding. The place isn't the Ritz but the bed was comfy and I felt safe.

Pros:

Excellent price, nice services available, but the room is old and a little worn looking. The bed was really comfortable. Right next to super-fast light rail.

The chest of drawers had a missing drawer.

There were pipes sticking out of the wall.

There was no knob on the bathroom door.

And they lost my reservation or Expedia cancelled it, not sure which.

I booked this room through Expedia but when I arrived they told me that they don’t work with Expedia and I had been scammed. Then they told Expedia I checked in after they sent me away. They charged me and refused a refund. It’s a scam.
