Sehr gutes und neues Hotel. Da es erst seit 8 Monaten geöffnet hat, ist alles noch modern und sauber.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Genau zwischen dem Old Quarter und den "historischen" Sehenswürdigkeiten, sodass alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Klimaanlage war angenehm leise.
Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. Wenn viel los ist, hat es allerdings etwas wenig Liegen.
Es gibt natürlich luxuriösere Hotels, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch sehr gut. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Hotel de Lagom is a charming boutique hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter—think cozy, not grand. Location is great, slightly on the edge but within walking distance to all the sights. We stayed in a spacious family room (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, balcony, TV room), clean and authentic with a courtyard view. Breakfast on the top floor was delicious with fresh eggs, avocado toast, barista coffee, and local specialties. Only downside: pork and chicken served on the same plate—please separate them! Amenities include a tiny gym, small but refreshing rooftop pool, and a spa (my massage was excellent, my friend’s less so). The real highlight is the staff—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Not perfect in every way, but this hotel has an X-factor you won’t forget. I’d gladly stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
はじめてのベトナム旅行でしたので、アクセスと清潔感を重点的に考えましたが、とても快適な滞在になりました。
お部屋は、シンプルながらも清潔感があり、アメニティーもしっかりしています。フリーのお水と、コーヒーお茶のサービスもあります。
また、ホテルスタッフがいつもロビーに十分にいて、困ったことがあればすぐに相談に乗ってくれます。帰りの空港までの車もすぐに手配をしてくれました。また、深夜日になったこともあり、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたのですが、ホテルに戻った際にシャワーも貸していただけたので、すっきりして帰国便に乗ることができました。
スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで、とても感じが良いです。旧市街や、トレインスポットなど観光地にもすぐに行くことができ、徒歩5分ほどでコンビニエンスストアもあります。今回はインフィニティープールを使うことができなかったのが残念なので、次回また利用したいと思っています。ハノイに行く方にはとてもオススメのホテルです。

This stay was a truly pleasant experience — a brand-new hotel in a perfect location, with thoughtful service and a comfortably arranged room.
After we pointed out some minor issues, they responded with satisfactory solutions.
They also expressed their appreciation for the few small suggestions we shared and mentioned they would review and work on further improvements. This gave us even more confidence and affection for the hotel. We believe that with the dedication of the manager and their team, the hotel will continue to grow better and better.
If we return to Hanoi in the future, this hotel will still be our top choice.

Der Empfang war persönlich und angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir haben so einige Informationen vorab erhalten.
Das Zimmer war okay aber etwas klein. Das Fenster war ganz zu öffnen aber klein.
Bett war sehr bequem.
Bad hat super funktioniert.
Frühstück war eine super Auswahl und Gym sowie Spa waren ebenfalls angenehm.

4泊しました。安心して泊まれるホテルで、お値段以上の価値があると思います。
私は英語が得意ではなかったので、当初不安でしたが、スタッフの方々がとても親切で、私の拙い英語を理解しようとしてくださったり、分かるように伝えてくださったり、時には翻訳ソフトを使ったり、問題なく意思疎通が取れました。
特にフロントの女性スタッフさん達が、本当に親切でした。
電話でなければ予約ができないレストランに、私（スマホが海外では通話ができない）に代わって、予約を取って下さったり、温かいお気遣いがたくさんありました。
朝ご飯もとても美味しかったです（ベトナムコーヒーやフォーやバインミーなども食べられます。エッグベネディクト、マンゴースライスもたまらなく美味しかったです）。
旅行前に予約サイトを通じて問い合わせをした際も、レスポンスも早く、安心感がありました。
私が申し込んだハロン湾のツアーは、このホテルは無料送迎のエリア内だったり、GRABも数分で到着したりと、観光の利便性も良かったです。
次にハノイを訪れる際にも、また泊まりたいと、強く思います。

Very friendly staff and near the train street (tourist attraction).
Just finished a three-week vacation in Japan and Vietnam, and we stayed at six hotels. The Hotel de LAGOM was the very best hotel of the whole trip. Our whole family was very happy with our great experience with Hotel de LAGOM
The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the food was great (trained, happy chefs), the rooms are very clean and well thought-out, and it's in an ideal location in Hanoi.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Hanoi. I never write reviews, but this hotel deserves praise and recognition for what hotel service should be.
