Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location.
Bad start with room allocated not having been cleaned but staff quickly reallocated different room which was bigger . Staff very accomodating when car was unable to be moved out of the car park for most of the day.
Staff very courteous. Room was clean and tidy (second room). Accomodation close to public transport.
There was no signage for Oaks Suites on the building, which made it very difficult to find to find the front desk. This was a stressful start to our stay. However, staff were very friendly once we located them and helpful throughout our stay.
Had the most amazing view of the city, but was a bit to noisey for my liking

Mixed Experience – Great Facilities, Disappointing Service
We recently stayed here as a family and while the room facilities and views were fantastic, the overall experience was let down by poor communication and service.
We were initially double charged for the room, but to the hotel’s credit, the extra payment was promptly refunded once we raised it.
Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. A notice in the lift informed us that water would be turned off at 8am the next morning for urgent repairs—something that was never mentioned at check-in. Later that night at 10:30pm, after finally getting both our infant and toddler to sleep, the intercom rang from the front desk advising of an emergency plumbing issue and hot water would be shut off immediately until lunchtime the next day. The timing and lack of forewarning were incredibly disruptive, and there was no real care or apology shown when we raised this at check-out.
Additionally, while the floors appeared clean, our 1-year-old’s suit was filthy after crawling for just a short time, suggesting cleanliness wasn’t up to standard.
In short: the facilities were impressive, but the lack of communication, consideration, and genuine customer service left us feeling let down.
The apartment was not very clean it was like a super rushed vacuum and fresh towels. checked in late with 3 young kids so I don’t understand why the apartment was in that state.
Kitchen area was dirty, you could tell it was just a rushed clean I had to go to the IGA and purchase some cleaning stuff to wipe the kitchen counter. Noticed they wasn’t enough utensils and dishes ( only 3plates in the cupboards) aswel only to find out the day I was checking out when I wanted to use the dishwasher that it was full of dirty dishes God knows how long they had been sitting in there for. One bedroom door handle was loose almost falling off, I understand the apartments are not brand new but gosh does it have to be that obvious when customers are paying for comfort.
Really bad experience with this Oaks apartments I’ve stayed at a few of their apartments never had such a bad experience. I was so ready to check out the next morning. Lesson from this never book a place with only 2 reviews.
