Safe was broken, nobody to help. Check in was late because they were still cleaning. No parking for taxis in a very busy street.

El cuarto etstaba ok. No excelente. El baño demasiado amontonado todo. Y había un olor constante a cañería. Y la luz del pasillo entraba en la noche y bátale para dormir. Mucho ruido.

Family Apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious in a nice building, 24/7 security guard, cleaning service daily, awesome neighborhood with lots of easy, walkable dining options. The Cafe that is right outside the apartment is amazing. The only thing that I wish could have been better is noise. The apartment building was quiet, but we could hear everything that happened outside, ie construction, kids playing, etc. it seemed like a window was open, that’s how loud the outside was (but window was not open). They do provide free earplugs everyday, which is nice.

Informe que mi vuelo llegaba en domingo a las 4 am, por lo que estaria llegando al apartamento a las 5am. No les importó, cuando llegué, el vigilante dijo que mi reservación no aparecía en el registro que él tenía. Le enseñé la reservación hecha en Expedia, y whatsapps con ellos, desafortunadamente el vigilante no me permitió estar en la recepción del hotel tampoco dejar mi equipaje. Dijo que estando la inseguridad tan grave en la Ciudad de México, no era posible. Le mostré que yo había avisado que llegaba a las 5 de la mañana. No cambio de parecer que regresar hasta las 8 de la mañana que llegaba a la recepcionista. Le dije que yo iba en taxi, que como iba a estar dando vueltas 3 horas, nada le hizo cambiar de parecer. Tuve que pagar más de tres mil pesos al taxista. Cuando llegué al hotel a las 8 de la mañana me permitieron el early checkout por $500 MXN. Después subió un encargado a pedir mi disculpas por su error tan grave en la comunicación. No recibí ninguna propuesta por el problema , el daño causado y costo que tuvo todo este problema. Espero que reconozcan su error y me buscan para reparar el daño causado

The place and the location were great. The room was clean and spacious.

You have to go down to the lobby to request essentials like toilet paper and towels. No phones in the room to call lobby.
