This place is beyond bad. The tiny "double room" was disgusting, musty and dirty. Plus, the ONLY way to access the room was via a medieval spiral iron staircase which was exposed to the elements.

I left and booked elsewhere within an hour or so. I'm surprised Expedia books th8s place. Worst ever.

Había estado anteriormente en este mismos hostal pero el que se encuentra en Roma y pensé que serían similares, pero sin duda este no tiene las mejores condiciones. Creo que su cocina y sala se ven bien, pero los cuartos si están muy descuidados y no ponen cosas básicas como jabón, etc.
Aunque el precio es económico, pero deja una sensación de duda sobre la limpieza.

Pesimo servicio no respetan las reservaciones el personal grosero y no da soluciones

Al llegar me dijo la persona que me recibio que no tenia mi reservacoion y que no tenia habitaciones. Le mostre mi numero de confirmacion y dijo que no le habia lñlegado.y que no tenia habitaciones como la que pague. Finalmemnte me dio una hbitacion con baño compartido y cama individual; yo habia pagado en la app por una suite con cama matrimonial y baño

Third world. Not hot water. Plumbing didn't work. It smelled like sewage. Good luck.

El lugar está en un segundo piso, tenías que subir por una escalera de caracol que está desoldada, no tenía agua cuando llegue, la cortina de baño sucia y olía feo, sin toallas

The area is great but this is labeled as a 2 star hotel when it’s actually a hostel. It was extremely dirty and loud plus they lost our reservation and almost didn’t have a room for us. We had to switch hotels and they would not give us a refund. Please be careful when looking at this property.

El personal es muy amable pero los huéspedes son muy sucios, las áreas comunes están desgastadas y no son aseadas constantemente.

The pictures shown on Expedia are deceiving. It's not a hotel but a hostel. They do have a room with private bathroom but they give you no towel or soap. There was no water at 9am

Avoid. Expedia, do better and research the hostels that you promote.

I was taken up a makeshift spiral stairwell that broke on the way and was impossibly high and too narrow to fit a suitcase. Led to a dirty room that felt really unsafe.

I stay in hostels all the time and this is the worst place I've experienced. I checked in and checked right out and had to find a new place to stay at midnight. Yes, it's that bad.

La habitación le faltaba limpieza y mantenimiento.
Había cabellos en el piso y muebles de baño, la cortina de la regadera tenía muchas manchas de moho y las sábanas tenías manchas.
Humedad en las paredes. Bastante descuidado el lugar.

Really loved my stay here! The rooms were spacious, and the vibe was super friendly. It’s easy to meet other travelers but also easy to find quiet spaces if you need them. Would absolutely stay again
