Eigentlich sollte es ja mit Selst einchecken funktionieren, wobei ich schon Zweifel hatte. Als ich ankam war der Automat belegt und ich geriet unter Zeitdruck, da ich beruflich zu einer Abendgala musste.Ein sehr freundlicher junger Mann kam mir zu Hilfe und übte auch den Code für den Seiteneingang ( ab 22 Uhr abends) mit mir.
Im Zimmer hätte ich mir einen Spiegel gewünscht. Die Jalousie konnte ich erstmal nicht hochfahren und hatte auch keine Zeit mich damit zu beschäftigen.
Das Bett war sehr schön groß und gemütlich.
Leider kein Frühstück und keinen löslichen Kaffee oder Tee ( und Tassen) im Zimmer.
Sehr gut gelegen, die Straßenbahn fuhr bis fast vor die Haustür.

Alles war perfekt !

Sehr nette Rezeption,völlig unkompliziert wenn Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. sauberes Zimmer, gutes Preis-leistungs vehältnis, für eine Nacht gebucht, alles da was man braucht!
Komme definitiv wieder!

Not so sure about the 'self-check in' machine system as it wanted to charge me when I'd already paid in full online.. luckily there was someone manning the desk who was able to check us in, without having to re-pay!
AC in the room a blessing, comfy beds and lovely bathroom. Enjoyed the door-codes, although the side door option after 10pm was precarious and not all that reliable.
Handy for the Skyplaza and various tram/train stops. Would stay again.

Kleines, ruhiges Hotel mit sehr netten Besitzern. Das Zimmer war sauber und völlig ausreichend für eine Nacht. Gute Anbindung mit der Tram und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ich würde wiederkommen.

We stayed here for one night and found the experience to be just average. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, and we had to wait over 30 minutes—which was disappointing, especially given the short duration of our trip and our tight schedule.

The room itself was clean, but we had issues with the air conditioner. Since it was quite hot, we initially set the temperature to 19°C to cool the room quickly. To our surprise, water started leaking from the unit inside the room. When we reported the issue, the staff advised us to set the thermostat to 22°C to avoid the leakage. However, even at 22°C, the problem persisted throughout the night. We ended up placing towels and glasses under the unit to catch the water and protect the floor.

On a positive note, the location is easily accessible by public transport, including trams, and is conveniently close to Frankfurt’s main transportation hub.

Overall, it was not a very pleasant stay, and we hope the management addresses these maintenance issues for future guests.

Room was so nice and new. Its comfortable as well. Bathroom is very nice

Hotel i located in a good location. But room was offered with Air-conditioned leacking. I informed the reception desk girl and she said there is no one to attend and it will come on monday or Tuesday. no one came to repair the water leacking from AC and the water was falling on the floor. We paid for the room and we get a room with Non-functional Air conditioned.

Great location. Clean and nice. The only thing I have to say is there is not a body mirror, other than that.

Absolut schönes Hotel für den Preis gibt nix auszusetzen Klima da , sehr schönes Bad elektrische Rollos kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

A new hotel that is just finishing its renovations. Shower is great with nice water pressure. Air conditioning in the room works well. Quiet location. Walkable to nice areas and very conveniently close to the train station. Beds are firm but that was fine with me.

Parkplatz muss angefragt werden, aber ist in Garage verfügbar!

住宿位置離中央車站有段距離，走路大概20～30分鐘，附近都是民居，比較安靜，感覺比中央車站一帶安全，走路不到5分鐘有超市。酒店很新，房間是採取密碼進入，不過有點不習慣使用。房間格局不錯，可以有足夠空間開兩個行李箱，酒店也有提供瓶裝水、茶包、咖啡，服務人員態度也很好。只不過當天酒店所有冷氣還未弄好，但有開窗戶通風，
