Location is great
Bad points in our 3 night stay:
6:23am daily trash removal (5-40 min noisy)
1-4am loud drunks in bars near by
Burnt light in the hallway to the room(DARK)
- horrible smell that will make you both sick and sleepless
- 2nd bed(for 3rd guest) doesn’t work!
- this apartment should not be rented out until issues are fixed
-and many more

Clean, quiet, nice area, close to main transport hub and some major tourist attractions. Very central location. No front desk. I am not used to self serve. It is a little confusing until you have done it a few times.

Hello, we had a good time in the property, but one weird thing happened, the shampoo bottles that were attached to the walls in the bathroom they disappeared in the second day!! they access the property when we were not there!! and no one advise us!!

It was fine. Stains on the carpet, drain flies in the shower and flickering lights in the stairwell. Light outside the keycode to the unit was out so tough to see without pulling out your flashlight. Bed was fine but the room smelled a bit like sewage wafting from the bathroom. Wouldn’t rebook but if you’re not expecting anything more than a budget hotel, then it’ll work. Location on the other hand was great!

They presented the wrong hotel on the Hotel.com site. Great location but not what i expected.

The room has a funny smell like humidity and the air conditioning smells bad.

Property was conveniently located to some of the major attractions and walkable to lot of activities.

The apartment was very nice and located in a safe, convenient neighborhood, which made our stay enjoyable. We did run into a plumbing issue during our visit, but management addressed it and resolved the problem. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Muy buena localización. El departamento está bien pero la alfombra MUY SUCIA. El elevador también está muy sucio. Si tan solo pusieran mejor atención en esos detalles, el departamento estaría muy bien. No pueden cobrar lo que cobran por un departamento con la alfombra MUY SUCIA

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. The room was just what we needed, a place to rest/sleep after a full day of being in the city. The bathroom had a weird smell, but other than that? PERFECT!! We were a 6 minute walk to La Louve, 10 minutes from Notre Dame, etc. A beautiful place to stay if you just need to rest. We had 2 bakeries steps away, everything felt close and safe!
I recommend only if you plan on being out all day, that's what its for. Not a place to spend anytime other than to sleep and prepare for a day in Paris.

Quite disappointed in this property. The photos cleverly make the apartment seem larger than it actually is. The steps to the children’s sleeping area (a mezzanine level) were so steep they are more like a step ladder, while the ceiling was sloping and so low my daughter (average height) had to walk around stooped down.
There was a washing machine, but nowhere to hang any laundry. There was a small wardrobe next to the downstairs bed, but it was so tight, it was impossible to open the doors properly, which really limited the storage space.
There was only one mirror in the property, in the bathroom and it was only about 6inches square. There was mould starting to take hold on the bathroom ceiling (extractor fan was poor) and the whole apartment had a really musty, damp smell which was present for our whole stay (2 nights).
The carpet had definitely seen better days and looked dirty and in need of a good clean.
This was described as a superior apartment but there is no way I would consider this as ‘superior’.

Clean, great location. Some issues. Soap was empty, no shampoo or conditioner. Bed in bedroom was great, sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. Need a second box fan for the living room to keep temperature down in summer months.

The location of this Apt was ideal, close to everything. Transportation etc. AC did not work, bathroom ceiling has black mold, smells really bad.

Was a great little room. Laundry was very convenient. Did however have problems with unlocking the bathroom door from the inside - don’t use that lock.

I liked the location and neighbourhood. everything was within easy walking distance. However, the sofa bed was defective, no kitchen towels and in the bathroom there was mold and unfortunately no chest of drawers or anything where you could put your things.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My Family and me abandoned in the street with no response of the hotel, messages sent without response, mails sent according to instructions of the property, 3 days without response even when I paid. I'm adding proof on my opinion and expedia gave the reason to the property and no money back. I had to pay for hotel by myself moving my family to another hotel with extra pay. No response even to expedia personal.

Property was not as pictured by Travelocity. I expected a much more accommodating family room. No staff on site to communicate with. Was a very frustrating check in
