Oteli İranlılar doldurduğu için huzurla kalamıyorsunuz. Sabaha kadar seslerini, sohbet kahkahaların dinlemek kötüydü. Otel temizlik olarak fena değil konumu iyi ama uyku sıfır.

Odada seccade yoktu. Yastıklar konforsuz seçim yok. Banyo gideri problemli klozet sallanıyor. Çalışanlar ilgili. Kahvaltı salonunda kahve makinaları var ama kahve yok.

Our first time in Van was made amazing by our stay at Roccia Downtown Hotel! Booked it and didn't regret it for a second. The location was perfect - on a side road of one of the main streets, so easy to get to restaurants and shops. Our room was super clean and well-kept, and the amenities were top-notch. Loved that we got 2 bottles of water and tea/coffee replenished daily. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - so much variety! The staff were super helpful, and special shoutout to Nurullah at the reception - he was EXCEPTIONAL! From day one, he helped us book tours, spa treatments, and taxis. Only negative was that the spa wasn't operational yet, but Nurullah's service made up for it. I'd DEFINITELY recommend Roccia Downtown Hotel to anyone visiting Van!

Great hotel and staff great location

Excellent team and most helpful

The hotel is newly built and clean. The staff mostly don't speak English or persian but there try hard to communicate and they are super respectful and nice we loved it. During our stay we had water and electricity outage, but they handled it very well with bringing water bottles frequently and turning on the electric generator.

We liked the family room. Very clean and comfortable.

Gayet temiz ve yani bir otel tercih edilebilir

Şüpheyle gittik ancak yeni ve modern dizayn edilmiş tam bir fiyat performans oteliydi. Kahvaltı eh işte yeterliydi. Çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Resepsiyon ve Restaurant kısmında çalışan tüm arkadaşlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Mama sandalyesi bizim için büyük eksikti. Söyledik. Giderilecek. Temizlik konusunda kötü olan kısımlar vardı. Uyarımızı yaptık. Ancak genel olarak memnun ayrıldık.

The hotel is newly built and actually not yet finished. Check in experience was poor, there are no European languages spoken at all and other languages are Turkish and Kurdish, all communications is via google translate. This was slow, tedious and inaccurate. Some of it felt that the staff were poorly trained. They wanted to keep our passports which is irregular and after much deliberation, they agreed to take a photocopy instead.

There is no pool (though advertised) and fixtures and fittings poorly fitted in parts, for example the toilet seats are too small for the basin and crucially electrical sockets do not all function. The bathroom we found was not clean, and toilet paper only replaced if requested or empty roll left visible. We couldn't use any of our electrical appliances with the voltage adapter purchased for Turkey and the hotel did not have any to loan except for our mobile phone.

The hotel staff offer to help arrange day trips to various places, this is with external contacts that the hotel staff accept payment for. This was the biggest hassle and turned out to be stressful, ruining our trip. We agreed the type of vehicle, places to visit and price with the hotel reception. Then only to get to places and have them add their cost of ticket entry on to ours, not a big deal until we realised they were taking photos of us and then ask for extra payment for places we agreed and then not take us. I can go on but there isn't space. Avoid!

Otel yeni yapı ve temiz. Genel itibariyle personel ilgili ve olumsuz bir tecrübe olmadı. Tek sorun otelin yeri ve mimarisi sebebiyle odaların çoğunun cephesi olmaması.
