For the price of the room, it was great, but you get what you pay for. Check in and customer service looks good and the room was clean. With the room facing the street there was lots of noise. At 1:30 in the morning. I was awaken to a group people talking very loudly and playing music in front of my door that went on for about an hour. So with this being said, I will pay the extra money for a good night sleep and peace.

Pros:

Door locked couldn't get it open my stuff in room took them 4 hours to open door gave me another room a/c didn't work water didn't work. Place was falling apart. Disgusting

Pros:

Took 20 minutes to wake the desk clerk to be able to check in. Then they started pressure washing type construction, which was loud at 8:00am.

Pros:

Rooms are super clean, bed was very comfortable. All new modern furniture. Continental style breakfast. Great coffee. Good location. Parking spaces in front of each room was plus.
Staff was very helpful...

Precious AM Clerk was totally professional & has great customer service skills.
Jaquayla PM Clerk was also very professional & has great customer service skills.
