Pros:

5-Star Staff. Absolutely wonderful. Reception resolved our check-in issue quickly and professionally, and we were delighted with the entire staff & our visit. Delicious breakfast, beautiful pool.

Pros:

This is not the original Golden Crystal Experience prior to massive renovation and apparent split into 2 separate hotels.
Staff rude..bathroom rug dirty..only 1 towel though reservation was for 2 adults..restaurant service slow and rude enough that after a 2 hour wait and being sent from one location to another, my husband gave up and left. Check in staff apparently rude to my husband. I made the reservation in his name, so he would be able to pick me up at airport at 7 AM. We live 4 hours away. They gave him all kinds of grief, the one staff member suposedly able to handle an expedia reservation was not there, they acted like they thought my husband was a fraud. I stayed in the Golden Crystal Experience every Monday to Wednesday for 18 months. My husband on several occasions drove me, had dinner and spent the night before driving home. My name on the credit card should have been familiar to the staff..apparently not. Gone was the fluffy fleece throw on the bed. Shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. The light in the bathroom did not work. There were many switches on the walls that didn't seem to connect to anything, an electrical mishap waiting to occur.
The sheets were clean and the bed had good back support. But that is not enough for me to bother trying to stay here again.
