Interestingly the spa is not at all included, you are entitled to a 10% discount and is not even on site here. Rooms can be kind of loud I think the walls may be quite thin, quite small rooms and some interesting light switches which can make it difficult to actually select which lights to want on e.g bathroom light on in the night. Overall an okay stay and staff were lovely

O hotel é excelente! Fica 30 minutos a pé da Duomo, é uma região segura e com muitos restaurantes e com fácil acesso a transportes público.

Camera pulita, arredamento nuovo e moderno, vicina alla Bocconi, ma le stanze sono molto piccole. Inoltre per essere uno Smart hotel (ossia con poco personale no colazione check on self service ) i prezzi mi sembrano un po’ elevati

Simplesmente o melhor hotel em que já me hospedei! O quarto é uma verdadeira obra de arte, impecável em cada detalhe, silencioso, cheiroso e extremamente confortável. A estrutura surpreende: disponibilizam até um Dyson (secador de cabelo), além de água e snacks de cortesia — uma gentileza que faz toda a diferença. A localização é excelente, próximo ao transporte público, e o atendimento é impecável, com uma equipe atenciosa e profissional. Uma experiência perfeita do início ao fim. Difícil imaginar ficar em outro lugar depois dessa estadia!

Well located hotel, walking distance to most touristy attractions. Hotel was well maintained.
The staff was excellent and very helpful.
Only drawback was not enough shelves and drawers so not suitable for a stay of more than three or four days.

Nao usei o spa, achei meio afastado mas a experiência foi boa!

Todo staff muito atencioso, hotel novo, limpeza muito boa, e quartos extremamente limpos. A disponibilidade de café e maçãs o dia inteiro é muito legal. A tarde disponibilizam uma seleção de licores.

You have to walk to the spa!! This is show on Google but not clear on the website. I would not advertise as a spa hotel especially as it’s minimum 10mins walk. We went on the weekend and it was havoc. If you are after a relaxing spa- this is not it! Over crowded and nowhere to relax. In every steam/spa you constantly have people coming in and out! The rooms are nicely decorated and staff are nice. But would not recommend for a couples getaway. The hotel has also limited facilities.

Unfortunately,We had only one night stay, but they do have a killer spa, which we were not able to use in our short time. Perhaps next time.

The hotel is new and looks really nice. Their layout is charming and cozy. Dyson hair dryer, which I love it and the shampoo, conditioner and vanity bag was loving it.
The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that on the pictures, it shows a nice pool that makes you think that it belongs to the hotel. However, it doesn't have a pool there, it's from the spa , you have to walk there and of course it's not included.
I love that they have drinks and fruits as complimentary in the room and a couple of other things at the reception.

Otelin dekorasyonu ve modernliği gayet iyi. Personel yardımsever. Ancak odalar biraz küçüktü ve merkeze biraz uzaktı.

En el área de ducha, el cancel de vidrio no cierra totalmente, por lo que el agua se sale y moja el piso fuera de la ducha

Loved this place! Gorgeous decor, beautiful room, awesome amenities. Perfect start to my trip in wonderful Italy. Walkable and lively. Would love to stay again
