Nice new hotel. Good bed, tv and nice towels and linens.
Manager (ChaCha) was helpful when she was brought in to resolve a problem….pity the staff don’t have greater autonomy to resolve issues. ‘Computer says no’ syndrome!
Rooms needed more storage and bathrooms need a better light for those of us that shave.
Use of clean my room door tag pointless they have a schedule, it gets done in their own time as opposed to whilst you are out of room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Would definitely consider staying again next time I’m in Phuket.

This hotel is 10/10 in every respect. I could not fault it, incredibly friendly staff and great rooms. You can’t go wrong booking a stay here!

Modern, stylish accommodation in a great location for most activities and attractions in Patong. Excellent variety of food and drinks in the restaurant and bars. Nice pool. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Great place to stay. Very convenient and close to street food, restaurants, 7elvens and Tops. Clean room and hotel. Staff were very nice and professional. They brought me a pretty slice of birthday cake and free bottle wine.
I’d stay here again!

I recently stayed at Tribe Phuket Hotel for a Thailand holiday, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — right in downtown Pa tong, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach and night life.

The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite and professional. Nay from receptionist was so helpful, make our check in and check out so smooth. Our Room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of pool, The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped ensure a good night’s sleep.

The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool and bar. It had amazing vibe and was a great spot to relax in the evenings. I can’t remember the bartender lady on Wednesday afternoon she so friendly and give the good vibe, she also made good cocktails.

The breakfast buffet was also well-stocked with a good variety of hot and cold options.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or business travelers looking for a modern, centrally located place to stay in Phuket. And being 2 months old hotels the management done wells.

We booked at Tribe initially for four nights but loved it so much we extended our stay for another four nights. The hotel is new, modern, very well designed with a fresh welcoming vibe. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and equipped with all the amenties needed for a restful break (loved the coffee machine!). The location is right in the hustle and bustle of downtown Patong, close to shopping, restaurants and only a short walk to Patong Beach. The hotel is beautiful but this is not the reason we extended our stay; the staff are an asset to this hotel and are absolutely amazing and definitely go above and beyond. From the bellmen, Tao and J, who welcomed us every time we came into the hotel whuch made it feel like we were coming home. All of the Guest Services Agents especially Zeyad, Naan, Nay and Mook who were super helpful and always reminding us to ring if there was anything we needed. Not to mention the restaurant staff, Pang, Ester, Aom, Mai and Angie who greeted us like friends every morning when we arrived for breakfast (which we looked forward to every day because the food was so good). The service was amazing but the staff always had time for a friendly chat. Dinner at Tribe was top notch and absolutely delicious and the service by Proud and Peak matched.

We were really sad to end our holiday here but so pleased we chose Tribe Phuket Patong. We really appreciate all of the staff and hope we see you all again when we return in the future 🙏.

Absolutely delightful place to stay, everything is brand new and the staff was amazing!!! The pool was beautiful and the cocktails were delicious!! Breakfast needs a more selection but was still delicious.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was just perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

It’s brand new and spotless clean. The decor is modern and stylish, which gives the whole place a really nice vibe.
The food here was also amazing. And the Wi-Fi worked perfectly the whole time.
The staff were also so friendly and welcoming.
