Un lugar excepcional en cuanto a belleza tanto de las instalaciones como su entorno desbordante de naturaleza!!
Lo único que recomiendo es que si tienen presupuesto limitado traigan provisiones porque no hay donde hacer compras y los precios de comidas y bebidas son un poco elevados pero me súper encantó la experiencia!!!

Muy bueno, revisando unos detalles pequeños como la caja fuerte que no abrio, no habia toalla de piso y la ducha estaba tapada estuvo espectacular, se le comentaron al hotel para que los atendiera y si siguieron los comentarios estoy segura que sera una estadia muy buena

It's a beautiful hotel with a great staff. The service in the restaurant was a little slow, but the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the indigenous items on the menu. Lastly, they need to stock a better selection of wines in the restaurant.
I hope to return one day soon.

Il faut donc prévoir Eau + en-cas car il n'y a aucun commerces aux alentours.

This hotel is about 7 months old, and they are on their way but not quite there yet. First, the rooms and hotel are beautiful. Rooms are spacious, tasteful, and have balconies looking out on the jungle. The pool area and common areas are similarly lovely. You are an hour and a half from the main highway, so completely at the mercy of the restaurant on site. The servers are by and large very friendly but they seem overwhelmed. Service takes a long time. The hotel should offer a cafe, maybe at the pool side bar, where guests can get quick, less complex snacks and sandwiches. Also, they ran out of fundamental ingredients like milk for the coffee and lime/ lemon for margaritas. We did some walking/ driving up the
Road to see wildlife. However, if you are interested in some of the archaeological sites that are lesser known, it might be better to limit your stay at Munro Maya and find a hotel in Xpujil. We thought we were doing that but the Hotels.com link shows the hotel in the wrong place.

Superbe hôtel à 10mn du site de calakmul. Incroyable de trouver un tel hôtel dans un coin aussi perdu! Chambre spacieuse décorée avec goût. Seul petit bémol dans cet hôtel: la qualité de la restauration qui ne concorde pas avec le reste des prestations. L'hôtel est récent, espérons qu'ils fassent des progrès de ce côté dans les mois à venir.
