Detalles importantes

La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda, amplia. Sin embargo, extrañé una lámpara «normal» para la mesita de noche, porque la que estaba era mínima, con unos foquitos de led que se apagaban solos. Probablemente, un tema de configuración, pero yo necesitaba la lamparita prendida.
También necesitamos una toalla para poner en el piso del baño, a la salida de la ducha. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba y tuvimos que acuñarla con un papel. Son detalles, pero bañarse y que no cierre la puerta de la ducha significa que se empapa todo el piso, y que no haya toalla para el piso cuando sales... significa que hasta te puedes resbalar.
A la salida (checkout), cuando le pedí la factura al señor que estaba en la recepción (que no era el mismo que el que había atendido la víspera), me dijo que me la tenían que haber dado el día anterior cuando hice checkin.
Le dije que no me la habían dado y con mala cara empezó a gestionarla. Me hizo nuevamente toooodaaas las preguntas de mi información (que ya había realizado a través del sitio web) y que tuve que repetir el día anterior cuando hice checkin. Al final, me la dio.

Pros:

Muy mal servicio. Las ventanas de frente al sol de medio día, cortinas muy delgadas que calientan toda la habitación, el aire no enfriaba. Se sentía como una olla de presión. Sin alternativas de ningún tipo, solo me dijeron que no podían cambiarme de habitación.

Nice and clean rooms. Small elevator, barely for 2 persons. Outside parking with no rain protection.

Great hosts—great Value
Pros:

The hosts were exceedingly helpful and friendly. They anticipated my needs and gave helpful recommendations for places to go in the area

The bath room was clean, along with a nice warm shower and bed was very comfortable.

The room felt a bit sparten and would have liked a coffee carafe because my habit is having a coffee first thing in the morning. Overall, though the hotel was a super value.

Although the hotel has no restaurant, the nearby Chinese restaurant was great. Also next door a nice bar with pool tables. Great fun place

5 stars and if I return to Santiago in the future, this is my place
