Laristone Suite Spa Hotel

This review is only about customer service.
We couldn't travel last minute and I missed the free cancellation period by a couple of days. Many times I contacted the property to either get a partial refund or rebook at other dates as the amount I lost in the booking was very high(was meant to be split with other travellers). I contacted them by what's app, by email. I had zero reply. Let they are in their right to refuse any request for refund but I thought I will give a try as I know Turkish people are generally built with Islamic principles such as mercy . But they ignored all my messages. I would have appreciated that they even reply to say they are dirty about my mother in law s health issues but that they can't do anything. Not even that. It says a lot about customer service to me. They made a lot of money and haven't had the decency to reply to my messages.
For me, customer service is a genuine step towards people, not only those who come to the hotel and it certainly is not seeing customers through their purses only . Very disappointed by how some cultural ethical principles get wiped out by greed.

Good hotel, quite far from the sea.

Siisti, henkilökunta ystävällistä.
Varasimme huoneen, missä oli keittiö. Maksoimme huoneesta myös hiukan kalliimman hinnan. Keittiössä ei ollut kuitenkaan astioita eikä mikroa, joten siihen suosittelisin parannusta. Saimme keittiöstä kahvikupit, lusikat ja veitset pyydettäessä.
Lattia, niin hieno kun se olikin, on liukas. Kannattaa siis ottaa mukaan tossut tai ainakin olla varovainen.
Hyvä sauna ja uima-allas. Aromahieronta erinomainen.

This is a basic hotel which is a little dated however its clean
The pillows were really old though and although quiet in the area compared to some hotels I personally didn't find it a hotel I'd like to spend more than one night in.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! I came here with my mother and everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is new and very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and it’s located very close to the beach. We had an amazing time at the spa – the hamam, body scrub, foam massage, face mask, and relaxing massage were all excellent.

The breakfast buffet was delightful, with different hot options every day; sometimes börek, sometimes menemen – little surprises that made us very happy. The tea and Turkish coffee were also fantastic. And the staff – simply outstanding! Everyone was very attentive and always smiling. Special thanks to the hotel manager Ahmet and the spa manager Mehmet. The breakfast and reception teams were also always friendly.

We truly felt at home here. They chatted with us, offered us tea, and gave helpful recommendations on where to go and what to see. In short, the hospitality was exceptional. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to everyone! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fina och rena rum. Dock dålig service, tråkig frukost samt snålt med städningen och hade enbart tre strykjärn till alla rum man fick låna när man behövde stryka o sen lämna tillbaka. Riktigt dåligt av de. Borde finnas fler om inte för alla rum iallafall.

Arrived at hotel late but was checked asap. Suite was clean & very comfortable. Breakfast very simple & Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Lovely pool area & massage service available. Shops, restaurants & pharmacy 5 min walk. I would recommend this hotel for solo, couples or family travelers.

The rooms (pool view suite) is basic but clean. The kitchen has absolutely no cutlery or crockery (pointless having a kitchen) I had no cleaner for the 3 nights I stayed. I had to empty the kitchen and bathroom bin myself which is vile. Breakfast was extremely basic and as a vegetarian I only had bread (there’s no toaster) and melon.

Sehr familiäres Hotel. Wurden herzlich empfangen. Der Manager Ahmed erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch.
Der Spa - bereich ist auch sehr empfehlenswert.

Grande suite avec toutes les installations nécessaires . À 2 min de marche d’un grand boulevard où on retrouve tout les hôtels , boutiques et nécessiter . Personnel chaleureux , disponible et très bon déjeuner . Très belle option si les tout inclus sont moins votre genre pour être dans cette région à une fraction du prix et près de l’aéroport

Hotel was excellent, once we changed room.
Location not so good,building work, unsafe conditions,uneven pavements,rubble ,holes in pavements.

The suite was nice, clean and fresh. Air conditioning was a blessing and worked well. Swimming pool was nice, breakfast has a good selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is we could hear the other residents.

Overall it’s was good, but the room was not the cleanest. They have a free shuttle to the beach but is drops you off at a super mid beach club. The stuff was nice except for one person
