Location only good thing about this very poor hotel

Everything, right when u walk in there is no furniture. My toilet was clogged, told front desk at 8:00 a.m. then told the front desk again at 2:00 p.m. and by 9:00 p.m. I went out and bought my own toilet plunger. I had no working toilet for the whole day and no one seemed to care. The room was dirty and no cleaning ever happened. The room smelled like an ashtray when it was supposedly smoke-free. And when I checked out I told him all my issues so they said they would credit me $100. Well when I woke up they actually charged me an extra $100. So I spent over $700 for one of the worst hotel stays I've ever been to that had no toilet that smelled like cigarettes and that was dirty. Oh and that breakfast what they call is a breakfast is a joke they had this gross yogurt machine that squirted out nasty yogurt that splattered everywhere. Don't stay here anywhere but this place this is the worst poorly Iran Hotel I've ever been to I'm thinking about going to get tested cuz I'm afraid I might have got some disease. The floors are sticky the sheets are nasty and the workers do not care about anybody except whatever they're looking at on their cell phones. Truly the worst hotel I've ever been to hands down. Sleep in your car before you sleep in this nasty Hotel

This is the 2nd time I’ve booked a reservation with Spark. My first experience was awesome which prompted me to book it
Pros:

Room space, parking. Checking in and out was smooth.

Cons:

SHOWER PRESSURE WAS VERY WEAK!!! Needs major improvement.

FITNESS ROOM NEEDS TO BE UPDATED WITH BETTER WORKING EQUIPMENT.
Elliptical Machine was broken.

Lack of insulation strips allowed lighting from outside our door into the room. Had to use towels to block out the light during sleeping.
