Beautiful property loved the rooms, convenient valet only parking. So very close to the T-Mobile and Lumen Field.

Populus has become our new favorite spot for attending sporting events. Beautiful space. Great drinks at the bar. Excellent breakfast option for a pre-game meal.

Amazing, it made our stay in Seattle extra special. The rooftop bar offers the best view and cocktails, and restaurant (Salt Harvest) is one of a kind for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms and the overall facility is stunning. Great people too!

Hands down the best stay we have ever had. Populus Hotel has no limit when it comes to quality! Not only do they supply their hotel with top of the line linens and furnishings but their customer service goes beyond measure. They opened in May of 2025 and by September they were making improvements on their HVAC system. Our room was not cooling and we immediately had maintenance in the room . They were unable to immediately resolve the issue and while we were out grabbing lunch, they moved our packed bags to another room. I had forgot to pack a couple items out of the shower and when we called from the baseball game to tell them we immediately received a text they had taken the items to our room. They did not stop there they put them in a small bag along with a beautiful gift. Conveniently located near the stadium’s and pubic transport. Wonderful espresso and charming restaurants and reading room all on site. Truly blessed by our stay there!! No words!

Birthday weekend trip. Caught a Mariners game and it was an easy walk to the hotel after. Incredibly clean and the aesthetic was lovely. So charming and cozy. We slept wonderfully the bedding is wonderful. Shower was spacious and bathroom beautifully designed. Checking out was easy and the complimentary coffee at the cafe upstairs was a nice touch to start our day.

Great place to stay, good restaurant, bar and friendly staff. The bathroom in the room was a bit dark to get a good shave.

Close to the Pike Market.
Friendly staff, nice ambiance, lots of plants.
