The duty manager was plain rude and aggressive.. I can’t tell you their name as they would not give it. Whilst my friend may have drunk too much thei duty managers attitude was totally inappropriate to his other guests.
Lazy lazy attitude
Won’t come here again, still have three more days to put up with this but hey ho
I write this as I’m here 8/8/25 at 22.05
This was my second stay at this decent hotel. It is surrounded by many good restaurants within walking distance and is just 1.2 km from Kudamm city center. The hotel is conveniently located a few meters from the Spichernstraße U-Bahn station, providing easy connections to the S-Bahn.
The breakfast is good, though it remains the same every day. For longer stays of four to five nights, it may become repetitive, but the spread is still decent.
You have to request room cleaning one day prior and tea Coffee sachets have to collected at the reception once the first stock is over.
Reception staff not friendly and had to spend 3hrs looking for an adapter in the city. They said adapter NOT available.
Everything in the room functions well, except for the toilet bin, which has a broken pedal.
I recommend this hotel for business travelers or short stays of two to three nights, especially if traveling with minimal luggage, as there is limited space to store clothes. Request a higher floor with a street view for a better experience. If you arrive early, you can ask for an early check-in for an additional €20.
Our entire group of colleagues during our business stay was very pleased with the service at the hotel - the people working at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel also gave us the opportunity to enjoy quick access to the sights of Berlin. The hotel also has the option of a separate work area (that is very pleasant area). We also found many nice places for work meetings around, so that we could also explore the city. The hotel is suitable for both business and family trips and I would recommend it. It is very quiet in the hotel! It has everything you need. We received assistance with every request we made.
I recently stayed at the Premier Inn, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The hotel is currently undergoing construction on the roof, and the noise levels are unbearable. From early in the morning until late in the day, there was constant hammering and drilling, making it impossible to relax or get any rest. I was staying with friends and we had to leave and book a hotel somewhere else paying more money because we were booking so last minute, this was very inconvenient.
To make matters worse, the workers seemed to be yelling and shouting frequently, adding to the chaos. It felt more like staying on a construction site than in a hotel. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely not the place to stay at the moment.
The hotel should have been upfront about the ongoing construction or offered some kind of compensation or discount for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until the work is completed. Disappointing experience overall.
They are doing construction on the roof on top of paying guests all the time.. Very loud hammering that starts at 8AM in the morning!!! Why do they have to do this on top of customers?!! When people are trying to rest in the morning or have jet lag! Don’t stay here for the next 2 months.. They should close the hotel while doing construction, it’s greedy to want to make money from people to stay at the hotel, while they are still working on roof of the hotel. And the staff was aware of the construction and they didn’t tell us before we came to the hotel. They said it was quiet.
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly as soon as we walked through the door. We were provided with early check in, so useful, room was great on 7th Floor, slept really well. Happy hour was 5-7 which was great after exploring the great city. We had breakfast part of our stay and had light snacks in evening which worked really well. They kindly ordered taxi for us and we will definitely go back . Thanks to all the lovely staff 👍.
A six night stay (without breakfasts) in a comfortable room with little noise from outside (apart from the sirens of occasional passing fire engines and ambulances). Coffee making facilities provided. Location was good with K'Damm not far and the UBahn station only metres away. The U9 gets you to the S Bahn services within two stops. The nearest supermarket was one stop away in the Rathaus Steglitz direction where there is an Aldi and an Edeka to get supplies.
Can’t fault this hotel at all. Check in was 3pm but we arrived early due to our flight times and our room was already ready which was great. Absolutely spotless, great size bathroom and bedroom, staff lovely and friendly, in a great location (quiet in the evening but 30 second walk from the metro to get into the “centre” of Berlin). Absolutely would stay here again without fail. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
