I loved it so much, i recommend it to anyone who wants a good night sleep and to wake up to a warm breakfast. Very friendly staff, clear experience!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! Staff were lovely and food was delicious! The room was all prepared and clean for us. Would recommend and I am thinking to go again!

Is an amazing hotel and staff, we been 5 days and feel like home. Very good location, 10 minutes walk from the station and many shop around,

Dreadful.
1st room we were allocated had overwhelming smell of damp and mould. Could feel myself breathing in the damp. Receptionist kindly changed our room to the only other room available which was an accessible room. As I opened the door I was greeted by an equally strong smell, this time the smell was what I can only describe as stale cigarette smoke and a mild urine smell. There was nothing we could do as was told this was the only other room so I sprayed deodorant around the room. I couldn’t sleep properly as the smell seemed to be embedded in the sheets and pillows. Had it not been so late in the night when we arrived I would have left and found alternative accommodation. Broken, dangerous shower room door, flickering bedside lamp, only one towel. I would advise against staying at the hotel.

Location was prime, receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, room was clean and price was value to money. On arrival the cjeckin process was very smooth

The bathroom is not suitable and looks like am staying at a care facility

Staff were brilliant, food was okay-ish, parking isn’t great as you get charged every time you drive in and out. Signal also is rubbish, I paid £5 for the (better WIFI) but it was still rubbish, apart from that it was a good stay.

It was a standard Premiere Inn experience, usually as it should be for a budget hotel.
I arrived about 90 mins before check in and asked if my room was ready.I was told it was but there would be a £15 charge to check in early.

Satnav instructions for the car park ae wrong and would take guests us to the other side of the main road where there was no car park, just a Shell garage. The hotel's satnav address would have been adequate as the car park was immediately alongside the hotel.

The distance is quite far to walk going to train station around 15-20 mins. especially with a 70 y/o it is very inconvenient. The hotel room is not well-cleaned, blankets and pillow cover felt itchy. The staff at the reception is not always available, We have to wait few minutes for them to turn up. The wifi very slow. It was very dirty outside the hotel heading to the stairs. The hallway & lift was very dusty and carpet seems too old and dirty.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Premier Inn in Eltham (SE9 3NS). The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was amazing – fresh, tasty, and with a great variety to choose from.

All the staff had a happy disposition and were friendly, approachable, and more than happy to assist with any information or guidance we needed. Their warm attitude really made the experience even better. Thank you for the excellent service – we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, lovely staff, room spotless. Food Excellent and very well presented.
Only downside is paying for parking.

On arrival we were given 2 disabled rooms as there were no others available. It wasn’t what I’d asked for but we had no other option as they said they were fully booked. I was very disappointed as both rooms had a musty smell, no windows that could open and no fan in the bathroom. It was very shabby and unclean.

The hotel is well run. Staff are very helpful. Rooms clean with great air-con. My room was quiet breakfast both hot and continental was tasty and plentiful. Will be back!!

I went with my sister for her 18th Birthday to watch Billie Eilish at the 02, the hotel staff after I told them this put a card, chocolates and a balloon in the room for her which I really appreciated. And as for the room it was great, and completely up to a great standard as I expect. Thank you to the Premier Inn Eltham staff for making our stay very special.
