The room was good, normal Premier Inn standard, clean and comfortable (though power sockets near the bed would have been useful!)
Great friendly staff, greeted with a smile and the restaurant staff are helpful & very attentive. Simple food menu, but cooked well, decent drinks availability. Good breakfast service.

Good location for visiting my sister. Right beside a large Tesco. Friendly staff, decent rooms. The hallway smelt a bit musty but overall we had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic staff and fantastic breakfast. Well done Premier Prestwich team! A new addition to the team is Caylum who is attentive, well presented and welcoming to all hotel guests. Such a polite new young member to the team! Well done Caylum, keep on working hard and you can do anything that you dream to do.

Rooms need a refurb. The one I stayed had a smell of mould and a disinfectant to try and disguise it.
Some of the shelves had a peeling veneer. The towels looked well used and grubby.
Just needs a some money spending on it to bring it up to date

The room was very spacious with a super comfortable huge bed! Free parking was very convenient.
I wouldn't say it was worth the higher than average price point but we were let down by another place last min.
Lighting in the room could have been better and there were no plug sockets near the bed which was annoying.

Love staying here, great location for work.
Staff are very friendly and the girls in the resturant always have a smile on their faces and professional.

Staying at the premier inn Prestwich now been here for 6 days cannot fault anything about this premier inn clean breakfast fabulous staff amazing especially jo nat and Amy nothing too much trouble for the staff friendly and chatty this is my second time staying here feels like family thanks again girls hopefully see u all next year keep up the good work

What an Awful Experience. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Bathroom sink plug was full of hair and didnt drain properly, mould on the bathroom walls and to top it all off there was faeces on the wall.

Contacted Premier inn and they did nothing at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE, it is a disgrace of a hotel.

Great Premier Inn - location excellent, free parking for a change! Although I have stayed at literally hundreds of Premier Inns all over the country, I have never stayed at this one. What a joy to be met by the wonderful smiling face of Natalie at Reception! This young lady was so incredibly welcoming - a friendly, helpful, efficient check in. She has a great sense of humour and had us feeling right at home within seconds. We had travelled down from Scotland on our way home to Eastbourne so this sort of welcome is so very important and makes all the difference to people who are tired and in need of some rest. Natalie has brilliant communication skills and is definitely a real asset to the company - they should be using her as an example to all of their staff! We will definitely staying at this Premier Inn again next year

A wonderful weekend for our family (6 persons) here at Prestwich. Very helpful staff throughout. Comfortable and clean rooms and very conveniently situated. A special mention to Isaac who saved us a lot of money by recommending local taxi services and his endeavour in the restaurant/bar

Hotel was clean and comfortable, stayed for one night for a family event. Breakfast service was excellent, (thank you Isaac)

Clean and tidy room. Plenty of space in the car park and easy to find the hotel from the motorway junction.
Looks a bit rough from the outside due to the neighbouring TGI Friday being boarded up but once you are inside it is great.
Staff were friendly and I paid for early check in which went well.

I arrived at this hotel by accident, my work booked me in a different one. JoJo was so helpful and kind and got me sorted. She kept me calm and everything was easy. Thank you JoJo

When we arrived we were greeted with a smile by Loui and we were booked in by Isaac also with a smile. Our room was clean and had all the required amenities you needed. The next morning when we went down for breakfast Isaac was on duty at the restaurant and we were again greeted with a welcoming smile and a friendly “good morning “ by Isaac who. gave us ample time to choose what we wanted cooked fresh. Our breakfast came up hot and freshly cooked. My wife and I agreed it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a Premier Inn. When I asked to compliment the chef he turned out to be Loui who had greeted us the previous day. It must we said that all the staff we met always smiled and said hello when they saw us. All in all a pleasant stay.

The hotel and room were OK and the location was pretty handy. The food however was dreadful. Booked breakfast and evening meal package not aware there was no bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. Bar is a fridge with bottles of beer in it and some wine/spirits. The menu for food is very limited. Microwaved curry, nachos, chicken goujons, pizza or burger were about it. The chicken goujons were inedible, I couldn’t cut through them with a knife. I ordered a chicken burger one night as well which turned out to be a bun with the same rubber goujons in it. Never again!
