Premier Inn Peterborough North

Grubby room, stayex 2 nights no room clean or bins emptied. Tea, milk etcnif topped up. No information given about pub being closed. Reception staff abrupt... I adkedfor more milj and tea... Response, its over there. Need some customer service training. Icd bee. Using Prrmied inn Regular since it first opened, its going diwnhill fast.

Another good stay at this hotel. An ideal location and a very comfy bed. Just starting to show signs that's it need a refresh. The standard of cleaning could be a little better. All of this did not affect our great stay.

Everything was as expected. Comfortable but not luxurious. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were friendly. No drama.

Worst premier inn i have ever stayed at.
I stay in premier inns 4 nights a week for about 48 weeks a year and this place is something else.
Checked in at 4.45 pm to find room wasn't ready..once in room found it tired and dated and the batteries for the heating controls were missing..
Booked for evening meal and arrived 10 mins early to be told I would have to wait, pub/restaurant is not open to public or walk ins...never seen this before.. room price was nearly double for 2nd night stay even though room wasn't serviced..food was easier if they said what they had rather than what they didn't have....
Room wasn't overly clean..massive nail in the coffin for premier inn...hello Holiday inns .

Great hotel and staff.great location ample parking good food and bar service comfy beds and good shower and tea and cofffee

The best pizza i’ve ever had, i enjoyed my evening and was well taken care of by Una the chef, Darrian, and Peter, thank you i will be back.

Hotel was nice and what I needed for my trip working Tracey at reception was very helpful and made my stay comfortable was there two weeks

Very good hotel service from the Lovley Tracy she was very accommodating and polite and credit to the company made my stay alot better

The staff at this hotel were great and an assett to your chain however the very limited bar/restaurant facilities, which we were only advised about at check, was extremely disappointing

Although the room was up to the normal standard expected from Premier Inn, it was very odorous which is probably why the window was fully open on arrival. Some air freshener may have helped.

The bathroom main light also didn't work, again I'd have expected that to have been reported and repaired from the last clean of the room and before its re-opened to the next guest.

Excellent stay, quiet, comfortable and fabulous staff. We opted for a breakfast, so glad we did, helpful staff, perfectly cooked, lots of variety, catered for my allergies. And a big thank you to Una the chef who personally checked on us and offered additional breakfast if required. Can't fault our experience, exceeded expectations. Thank you Peterborough North, you are all amazing!

My husband and I have just had our 3rd stay at this Premier Inn, and we wanted to give a special mention to Tracy and Bev who were working in the restaurant. They have both been incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and attention to detail really made our dining experience extra enjoyable. All the hotel staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Bev the manager was amazing and so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay thanks to Bev and the team. I will definitely return.

Tired facility bordering on grubby. The attached pub where one has breakfast/dinner looks like it's ready to close down. Staff bored, disinterested, going through the motions. Depressing stay.

Had an amazing experience at the premier inn north in Peterborough excellent service from the lady at the desk named Roxy made me feel very welcome and was full off smiles would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Stay was overall very good. Bed was comfortable, and staff were great.

Evening meals were good, but senior management need to sort out staffing levels - having only one person waiting tables AND doing the bar and only on chef is not good. Especially when it was as busy as Friday and Saturday nights were. Again - the staff were great, and did the best they could in the circumstances.

Great stay Beverly and Roxanne were great they made me laugh a lot will be back to stay the food was nice but restaurant was quite old and no atmosphere the chef Ella said hello and Natalie was great

Had amazing stay at peterborough north. Natalie is very polite and caring towards her guest. She did amazing job in restaurant and reception. Natalie always puts her customers first and always help them out.
