Pros:

From the time I checked in and checked out customer service was fanatical was greeted by the manager and general manager these ladies were very polite and professional they really knew their stuff hats off to these ladies and there staff

Pros:

Need to di diem shifts as a nurse and spend ref night here was needed instead of drivibv from San Bernardino to Laguna in the morning . The hotel is cute , clean and peaceful . The staffs were very friendly and helpful

Pros:

The hotel appeared new or recently remodeled at the time I stayed there. It was very clean with a generous supply of fresh towels in the room. Everything was fine except I'm a light sleeper and this type of property is too noisy for me with three sounds of garbage cans, luggage and vacuum cleaner wheels rolling on the concrete walkaways.

Pros:

Well designed! Enjoyed all the details that went into it. Also appreciated the front desk being very friendly & helpful. Location was also great! Not too far from Laguna. Would definitely visit again!

Room had a hip vibe & nicely appointed.
Restaurant & lobby were very attractive.
Ample parking.

Cons:

Actually only one criticism -
The mattress was very good BUT it is on a metal platform that makes a loud metallic sound when entering & exiting the bed. Annoyingly so during the night.

A nice remodel of an old hotel, but the "ghosts" of the old building were very evident.
Pros:

I stayed at this same hotel back in 1988 when I first moved to California, so it was cool to see it as a renovated hotel. The design and style were cool.

Cons:

Well, a new remodel of an OLD building isn't going to fix everything. The walls are still still very thin, I could hear everything, the plumbing was noisy, and the floor shook when people walked down the corridor.
