The room, the bed were comfortable. The tv was nearly impossible to operate. The breakfast was awful.

Did not have an opportunity to eat at the buffet. Room was clean staff was great. My only issue was with the Hotels.com reservation. The website registered me for a “suite” with a king and I reserved two queens. The staff fixed it and were great but what a hassle for all of us.

Front desk staff was wonderful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

There was fast food and two restaurants rights across street from hotel, and grocery store. There was a Sheetz, McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Chinese Restaurant and Italian Restaurant. Walgreens Pharmacy right next door.

Clean room with friendly staff. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows.

No WIFI for the whole time!!!! I'm not glued to my phone every second of the day but being able to use my phone for videos if I can't watch TV would be nice. I cannot believe this was not a priority in this age of tech. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good, even the bed was pretty comfortable - like a firmer mattress. BUT the convenience of turning on the TV to get some AM news, weather etc. and some noise at night, FIX the WIFI!!!! The hotel was one of the most reasonably priced in Shepherdstown. Having a pharmacy, Food Lion, Italian and Chinese restaurants and a gas station close by was nice.

The room I was assigned would not open - myself and staff tried but door refused to open - Room 3316. I was transferred to Room 307, tv did not work, there was no hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty.
I was transferred to Room 100 - there was no hair dryer, no coffee pot in room but there were supplies to make coffee and tea in the room. housekeeping was notified to provide a hair dryer but they couldn't. Reason being , as per the staff, they didn't have any. This Quality Inn was a horrible experience.

Took nice and clean. Wi-Fi down during entire stay. Breakfast on last day had no eggs l, sausage or omelette. Coffee area needed attention

There was only 1 luggage rack and no ice machine

No television reception over a two night stay.

I love that housekeeping came every day for at least trash and towels. So many hotels have gotten cheap in this area since Covid.

Wonderful stay with rooms that were new, nicer than expected, and super clean.

Is was a great location for our trip

the expedia agent mis-represented the location of the hotel. I chose not to stay there and am seeking a refund. It was a bad experience. The hotel could/would not help me. Disappointing in the extreme.

The only 2 issues were that breakfast could if been better by having more options for breakfast and they don't have ice machines however they have ice buckets with bags in rooms???¡!

Such a friendly environment, clean, and newly renovated.

Please step up the breakfast game, it is sub-par, and the coffee is not drinkable.

The staff at the front desk were all amazing. Especially the check in staff. They went over and above to assist. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
