Zimmerausstattung und Frühstück war gut. Freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Modernes Zimmer

Cons:

Zu viele Haare vom Vormieter oder dem Service Personal. Haare auf dem Bett. Neben dem Waschbecken und in der Dusche.

Je krijgt wel erg veel e-mailtjes als je via Booking.com geboekt hebt, van Booking en van het appartement

Tolles Zimmer, wegen fehlenden Personal schreckliche Nacht gehabt, keine Entschuldigung im Nachgang

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und bot alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Es gab keine Ansprechpartner. Die Batterie von der Fernbedienung war vermutlich leer und es war viel zu heiß im Zimmer und keine Möglichkeit die Heizung runter zu drehen. Ich konnte bei der Hitze kaum schlafen. Habe dann das Fenster aufgemacht, was nur bedingt geholfen hat. Die Hotline hat mir erst 1 1/2 Tage später geantwortet. Es war eine schreckliche Nacht.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Buffet-Frühstück, gute Lage am Park und City-Nähe. Fahrstuhl - gut für Kinderwagen

Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊
Pros:

Alles da, was es braucht zu einem extrem guten Preis. Kommunikation sehr zufriedenstellend und pünktliche Übermittlung der Eincheckdaten.
Wir benötigten eine fussläufig erreichbare Unterkunft für ein Fest, dafür war es bestens geeignet!

Cons:

Heizung nicht selbst regulierbar, wir haben uns mit dem Fenster geholfen, da es zu warm war.

Für 2 Nächte war es vollkommen ausreichend.
Pros:

Frühstück nicht gerade opulent, aber ausreichend.
Zimmer sauber, hatten Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit.

Cons:

Eine der Lampen im Zimmer hatte keine Glühbirne.
Beim Frühstück sollte öfter nachgeschaut werden, ob etwas nachgefüllt werden muss. Gäste mussten sich teilweise selbst die Teller, das Besteck und die Servietten aus den Laden holen.
