Beware of this hotel it has mold issue that is damaging to your health. You can smell it as soon as you enter the rooms. The staff are all very rude people and not accommodating even after spending thousands of dollars to stay here you get treated with no respect and a Room that smells like mold due to the mold issue. Filthy hotel
Fun
Good experience. Enjoyed breakfast very much. Beach was nice. Service was not great. The staff were not friendly. Expected a nicer room and better service for the price, but still enjoyed the experience.

Amazing vibes
We went to see a DJ at High Ibiza and stayed 2 nights at Ushuaia. The stay at Ushuaia did not disappoint. We had a suite in the tower that gave us a stage view and ocean view. The service here was top notch. From check in to check out the staff was incredible. We even got a free bottle of champagne with our room. The food at the beach restaurant was also delicious. I would highly recommend.

Rundown party hote
Hotel was lovely but the staff were not. A simple solution could have been reached about a passport on check in as I had a copy and was checked in at another hotel who had it on file. Instead they insisted I go back for it which took 2 hours £150 in taxis and I missed the start of the event! I suggested phoning the other hotel, gave them my photo copy but no my friend had her copy with her too so such a carry on made. When reading regulations online all they needed was the passport details which I was able to show them. Spoilt a very expensive stay which was also celebrating a special event. 2 days later and my £300 deposit still has not been released either.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the concert. The unexpected hotel pool party was a great surprise, and the breakfast at Ushuaïa was superb. However, the rooms feel a little rundown – the shower holder was nearly broken, the toilet holder was loose, and overall the room looked a bit tired, especially considering the high price per night.
La persona que nos atendió muy amable en todo momento pero él a/c no servía el check in fue hasta las 7:30 pm cuando era a las 4 , muy sobrevalorado puedes quedarte en un mejor lado y venir a los eventos
Hired the room for a stag do so we could fill it with booze and have everyone in the garden bit. Worked a treat, saved a fortune rather than getting a table or everyone buying booze from the bar all day. Would just be careful with what you use in the room most of its chargeable so you’ll get a hefty chunk taken off your deposit afterwards if you aren’t careful
This is a very lazy property. Guests come for the party and the party is fun, so the property doesn’t have to try hard to deliver on any other front. The service is the worst part of the hotel, especially drinks and food at the beach restaurant. It’s expensive, slot and unfriendly. Shame, because the hotel could be so much more than a concert venue.

We booked our room because it was stage view. Everything we wanted was perfect. Rest of hotel is quite tired and for what you pay a night to stay there it could do with some TLC
The Ushuaia hotel was excellent! All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable.
