Spectacular views and a well fitted room.

The only complaint was the bed wasn't comfortable but everything else was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.

This property has changed hands from being a Hampton which I loved staying at to a Wyndham. The inside looks like it’s in the process of being something else but they aren’t there yet by a long shot. Carpet is stained, toilet overflowed, fitness room closed. And still they are the most expensive lodging in Bemidji.

Our overall stay was great- however the amount of people that are not hotel guests coming to the beach to get food from Green Mill got a little excessive. Non hotel guests parking boats right in swimming beach area, and i once counted a group of 34 from 3 different boats that left their boats in swimming area, got food and loitered in the private beach area for several hours. Other than that the hotel was great itself with great staff.

I found the front personnel very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the it wasn’t possible to pay for a day pass to use the equipment outside. My granddaughter had nothing to do in the water. Also, the amount of bird poop was astounding on the docks and the seating area outside the hotel. Strongly suggest you do something about the birds and clean up their messes.

Excellent place to stay overall. The drop of one star is solely because of how abominable the attached restaurant - Green Mill - is operated. Just horrendous preparation and management, though the food (when it comes out at some point) is tasty. Gave it 3 tries just because it was there, and first 2 were simply terrible with disorganization and mistakes … third time was better.

Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in. However, they upgraded us to a lakeside room which we enjoyed. Nice staff and it’s a family friendly place. The beach is nice. Had a variety for breakfast options. We enjoyed our time there and would come back.

The pool room was super nice with a nice size pool as well as a play pool area with slide, water that sprayed up and buckets that dump water on you and then there was a nice size jacuzzi where part of it went outdoors so you could see right onto the lake. The hotel is literally on the lake so you can walk right outdoors to do lake swimming or walk along the shoreline. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They even opened the gift shop one evening after hours so I could purchase a gift for someone. The breakfasts were so good, seriously 5 star! Loved this hotel!

Will definitely stay here again

Property was under going clean up from a recent storm, the hotel was still very clean and kids had a great time on the lake! Great and helpful staff!

We loved the space and cleanliness. Staff were all wonderful and the breakfasts were varied and great tasting!

The outside windows are really dirty. Water bottles should be in rooms.

So beautiful right on lake bemidji . So much to do. Loved the breakfast every morning.

Property was in good condition. There were some problems due to the recent wind storm. I'm sure if I come again everything will be fine.

Even though the big storm had come before, they took good care on keeping up with communication. Elevators were quick and smooth. Beach was a nice add-on, kinda mossy on the water floor.

Peaceful. Clean despite a derecho the weekend prior.
